I. Description
6S shaking table, sometimes also known as wet tables, it consists of a vibrating riffled deck mounted on
some type of support. A motor, usually mounted separately off to the side, drives a small arm that shakes the
table along its length. The riffles are usually not more than half an inch high and cover only about half the
table surface. Varied riffle designs are available for specific types of applications. Shaking tables are very
efficient at recovering heavy minerals from minus 100 microns (150 meshes) down to 5 microns in size.
Heavy minerals of a size greater than 150 meshes are better run through a jig.
6S shaking table is one of the main equipment of gravity concentration; it is widely used in the selection
of gold, copper, tungsten, tin, tantalum, chrome, niobium and other rare metals and precious metal ore.
II. Application
6S shaking table is a mine separation device for fine minerals working by gravity. They are effective in
processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals, widely used in separation for Gold,
Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead,
Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc.
III. Working Principle
6S shaking table beneficiation process is conducted in a copy of the tilt table, ore grain group from the
Angle of mesa feeder trough into, by lateral flushing water supply for the sink at the same time, under the
influence of vibration wave, according to the proportion and granularity theory, and vertical movement and
lateral movement. Shicheng proportion and granularity of different ore grain along the movement direction of
the respective trapezoidal shed, respectively from the concentrate and tailings discharge side of different
position; the final is divided into concentrate, middling and tailings.
IV. Structure
This table is mainly composed of a table head, motor, adjustable slope, the table surface, mine shafts,
sink, and reflex and lubrication system of eight components.
The surface of table longitudinal reciprocating motion through a crank connecting rod type driving
mechanism to realize. The electric motor through the belt drive to make the big belt wheel drives the
crankshaft to rotate, the rocker made subsequently moves up and down, rocker downwards, elbow board drive
rear axle and the reciprocating rod moves backwards, the spring being compressed. The table surface is
through linkage seat and a reciprocating lever connected, so this is also so the table surface for backward
movement, when the rocker upward movement, due to the tension spring drive, the table surface will move
forward.

6-S Fixed Type Shaking Table
Without mounting bracket, the use of the installation takes the mound to cement casting pile to put
shaking table, not convenient to move, but relatively save cost, users can according to the economic
situation to decide.
6-S Small Channel Steel Shaking Table

VI. Installation and Adjustment
1) On the basis of drawing, reserved anchor screw holes or pouring good foundation plate, drilling, hole
expansion, the construction of concrete foundation.
2) The shaker frame placed on the basis, make each place, calibration and pad frame beam level.
3) The Department of anchor screws tightening, the cradle is fixed on the basis of.
4) Mounted on the drag device, table surface, table side and table and the table surface connecting rod,
attention should be to the front to table side flywheel.
5) Connect the switch of the motor insurance, check whether the motor leakage, and then good motor wire.
6) The table surface is not strong beat, collision; not in high temperature and heavy pressure; avoid oil
pollution and sun and rain, prevent degeneration.
7) After the installation, a detailed examination, the confirmation, removal of equipment and surrounding
sundries.
8) Roller with 10-20 G oil, not to splash as well. The seat sliding rack injection oil to drown the sliding
bearing and the lower bearing contact fit; lever type rocking frame bearing has been manufactured with
good lithium grease.
