For Cupcakes:
½ tinNestlé MILKMAID
50 gButter
100gMaida
½ tspBaking Powder
½ tspSoda bicarbonate
½ tspVanilla Essence
½ cup (75 ml)Aerated soda
For Frosting:
3 tbspCocoa Powder
1 tspVanilla Essence
1 cupPowdered Sugar

HOW TO MAKE EGGLESS CUPCAKES
Step 1: Preheat the oven at 180o C. Sieve together maida,
baking powder and soda bicarbonate (2-3 times for better
aeration).
Step 2: Soften butter, add Nestlé MILKMAID and beat well.
Then add the vanilla essence.
Step 3: Add maida mixture and aerated soda alternately to
the batter till all the maida and soda are used up.
Step 4: Pour the batter into the cup cake molds till ¾ full
and bake in the preheated oven for 20 min minutes or till
the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out
clean. Cool and keep aside.
Step 5: For the frosting, whisk cocoa powder, vanilla
essence, powdered sugar, and butter until evenly consistent
and light. Fill piping bag with frosting and decorate the
cupcakes.
