INGREDIENTS

For Cupcakes:
 ½ tinNestlé MILKMAID
 50 gButter
 100gMaida
 ½ tspBaking Powder
 ½ tspSoda bicarbonate
 ½ tspVanilla Essence
 ½ cup (75 ml)Aerated soda

For Frosting:
 3 tbspCocoa Powder
 1 tspVanilla Essence
 1 cupPowdered Sugar
 4 tbspButter

HOW TO MAKE EGGLESS CUPCAKES


 Step 1: Preheat the oven at 180o C. Sieve together maida,
baking powder and soda bicarbonate (2-3 times for better
aeration).
 Step 2: Soften butter, add Nestlé MILKMAID and beat well.
Then add the vanilla essence.
 Step 3: Add maida mixture and aerated soda alternately to
the batter till all the maida and soda are used up.
 Step 4: Pour the batter into the cup cake molds till ¾ full
and bake in the preheated oven for 20 min minutes or till
the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out
clean. Cool and keep aside.
 Step 5: For the frosting, whisk cocoa powder, vanilla
essence, powdered sugar, and butter until evenly consistent
and light. Fill piping bag with frosting and decorate the
cupcakes.

the frosting tightly and then put it in the fridge.

typically take around 20 minutes to bake them, but this can vary

if they are done, insert a toothpick into the centre of a cupcake. If
it comes out clean, the cupcakes are done.
