Introduction of LPS ………………………………………………………………………………….
History of mine in LPS - 10th April 2001 the most special day of my life when I
joint LPS and I work here till 19th August 2006. I worked 5 years and 18 days with
this organization and today after 18 years and 17 months I am standing on the
same stage and feeling proud to be in front of you all. All these years I am
attached to this organization and I am feeling proud to be a part of it as a teacher
directly and indirectly. During my stay I have seen struggle and devotion of our
founder manager Mr. CP Singh who was not only a manager but was also a
teacher and guardian to all of us. And as a team we all were working with him to
achieve the excellence in Academics and other areas too. His main aim was to
make our school one of the best school in the City. At that time we all were in a
learning stage of our career and he always use to motivate us to stand in the top
most line of the best schools. His focus was on kindness, good traits and hard
work.
I remembered he used to tell us that we should have a keen observation on our
students as it's necessary to act like an umbrella in our student’s life. The good
example of this is planting a plant. If we will not have a good eye on our plants
then it will grow enormously and will lead to the devastation to itself as well as
to others. Same is the case with our students as a teacher we should focus on a
student so that they can grow and developed themselves positively. So it's up to
you whether you want to plant a small and good plant or a huge enormous plant.
On this auspicious day, I would like to highlight some key points of Sarvepalli

Here, I would like you all to follow other three D's also which is devotion,
determination and dedication as a teacher. Apart from these as a teacher we
should not only focus on these 3D's but also should combine it with 3 R's that is
respect, responsible and responsive. Here, respect symbolizes self-respect,
mutual respect and respect for everyone. Responsible means responsible towards
are duties as a teacher and responsive means we should prove ourselves with
best outcomes and we should be responsive towards are stakeholders that is
school, students and parents. As school accepts best result, student accepts best
learning and parent accepts good behavior and all around development of their
child.
“As a teacher, we work like a leader and and a good leader can give a good
outcome”.
I would like to tell some of the good characteristics of a teacher :
First is that Character is more than a talk of a teacher, our characters throws light
on who we are. So it’s very crucial to understand that our actions are important
than our sayings.
Secondly Positive attitude is the key to the solutions. Having a positive Vibe is
very vital to make life easy and simple. I would like you all to remember the
dialogue of movie "3 Idiots" which says that " ALL is Best" this dialogue was
giving strength to the different characters in the film with this I would also like to
court and unquote the thoughts of two books " Miracles of mind" and " Power of
subconscious mind" which is written by Joseph Murphy where writer talks
about conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. You all are aware of
conscious and unconscious mind but subconscious mind has a different power of
healing and problem solving as it all together works with beliefs, convections and
ideas. So if you think positive, you will achieve positive.

NCF 2023:
NCF 2023 is written in five parts in which I do expect you all you have a look on
Part 1 that tells us about aims and curriculum and Part 5 which tells us about
creating a supportive system/environment.
Apart from this, as a teacher you are the nation builder so you should always
1. Prepare your lesson with fresh mind and try to add new learning in your lesson
to meet it more up to date as well has better day by day.
2. Your character should be energetic as well as happy towards your students as
it will make a huge positive difference in your classroom teaching.
3. You should always welcome a child with smile and care, so that a gap can be
filled by a friendly Bridge between you and your students.
We all know that nothing is permanent in this world and everything is transient
and get watched away by the types of time but I teaching will remain forever in
a student’s life so it's very vital to pass good thoughts and knowledge to our
students.
श्रद्धावान् लभते ज्ञानं : Those whose faith is deep and who
have practiced controlling their mind and senses attain
divine knowledge.

Lastly, I would like to thank Mr. Lokesh, Madam Pathak and whole LPS family to
give me such and unforgettable movement today.
