The Clock That Turned Back

When Thomas inherited his grandfather’s old clock, he thought it was just a family keepsake.
But the clock was strange—it didn’t tick forward. Instead, it ticked backward, second by second.

One night, while fixing the clock’s gears, Thomas was pulled inside its glass face. He found
himself in moments from his past—childhood birthdays, missed chances, and old regrets.

At first, he tried to change everything, desperate to fix mistakes. But each change made things
worse, creating new problems he hadn’t foreseen.

Slowly, Thomas learned to accept the past—the good and the bad. The clock didn’t give him
power to rewrite history, but it offered him something more valuable: understanding.

When he finally stepped out, the clock’s hands stopped moving altogether. Thomas smiled,
knowing it was time to live forward, carrying lessons from behind.
