WAKATA is an association of qualified teachers from Wakiso and Kampala who set Beginning of
term, mid-term, end of term, Mock examinations and Holiday package assignments for both primary
and secondary levels.

I am writing to invite you to participate in this year’s mock exercise.

We are located at Bat Valley complex, Bombo road –Kampala near Teachers’ House. Our program,
charges and draft time tables are attached to this invitation.

Any teacher who will be invited (by SMS) to mark should come along with and present to the arrival
registration panel a valid identification card, and photocopy of his / her academic transcript and or
registration certificate. Failure to bring these, the teacher will not be accepted to mark.

U. C.E JULY/AUGUST 2025

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:

1. Ease yourself before entering the examination room.


No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination room before
the end of the examination time.
2. Present yourself at the examination hall with a face mask
at least 30 minutes before the start of the examination ready to be
checked.
3. Do not indulge in any form of examination mal practice.
Do not smuggle unauthorized materials into the examination
room, do not write on your body, clothes, mathematical sets
or calculators.
4. Candidates should have personal scholastic instruments like
calculators, ruler, math table etc
5. Candidates should be separated by a distance of 1.5 metres
between each other as guided by the Ministry of Health.
6. The school administration should appoint competent members
of staff to invigilate the Mock exams.
7. Sit only the examination papers you have registered for.
No results will be issued for papers you have not registered for.
8. Leave used answer sheet inside the examination room.
9. Mobile phones and laptops are not allowed in or around the
examination room.
10. Candidates should sit down and witness the packing of the exam.
