Firstly, PLEASE, make sure they have good rating and reviews on google, at least over 4.5*. Because
lower than that would be scam.

Secondly, do not pay any deposit to anyone before getting confirmed driver’s contact info. Because many
companies may say they have driver but then increase the price. If you pay them deposit you will have to
agree as they will block you by getting an upfront payment. And now I’m sending you my company

IF SAYS THE PRICE IS HIGH…

Sir/Ma’am, let me explain. I have offered you that price according to the last 5 shipments on this road and
$800 is the lowest price that was accepted by the carriers. I can offer you even $500, it is the easiest thing,
but I don’t want to lie to you just to get your business. Drivers will not go for lower price than $800, as
there are other loads on this road for higher price, it is just illogical to take the cheaper load when there
are a lot of loads for higher price.

If asks GUARANTEE FOR THE PRICE

- Sir/Mam this is very common question given by many people. Our service fee is fixed which is $200(the
deposit amount) and it will not change. When it comes to the carrier fee we offer current price to them.
This is estimate and very optimal price. Because we give it according to the current market based on 5
last shipments.
Once we offer this price to drivers, there will be negotiation.
Drivers may get your car for lower price or higher price. And whoever guarantees a certain price would
be a scam, because none of the companies have their own trucks. We are just service companies. This is
my honest words. If someone guarantees the price before finding a driver, it is a big lie.

If says ANOTHER COMPANY GUARANTEED, THE PRICE THAT THEY OFFERED

Sir/Mam they tell you the price you want to hear but it is up to the drivers. Carriers are not interested in
this rate and your pickup would be delayed. Then they will eventually increase the price. If someone
guarantees the price before finding a driver, it is a big lie. Because no one can find a driver without
posting an order on the national board of drivers that is used by all the companies to find a driver. I can
see, no one posted your order there that means no one has a driver yet. Even if someone insists that they
have a driver, just ask them driver’s contacts. They won’t be able to give it.

If asks HOW MANY DAYS IT TAKES TO GET IT DELIVERED

(We need to look at the distance between pickup and drop off locations. It takes about a day per 400
miles.

For example:
If the distance is 1200 miles – it takes 3 days to deliver the car.
If it is 2600 miles – 6-7days.
If it is 240 miles – it will be delivered at the same day or next day
And so on…)

If asks CAN I PUT MY STUFF INSIDE OF MY CAR

Yes, you are allowed to put up to 100 lbs. of personal belongings inside your vehicle. It must be confined
to the trunk area(or/and backseats) and must be well secured. All personal items in the vehicle are placed
there at the owner’s risk, they are not covered by the truck’s insurance. We do not recommend packing
electronics, breakable or valuable items. An additional fee of $100 will be charged per 100 lbs. if you put
more than 100 lbs. into your vehicle. But of course, I’ll do my best to get it done for the cheapest possible
price. Is that okay with you?

If asks MY CAR DOESN’T RUN, IS THAT A PROBLEM

Can you tell me what is the problem with the car?

Sir/mam, the price I offered you is for operable cars. If your car is inoperable, drivers usually ask $150-
$200 as he needs to get a special equipment to load and unload the vehicle. I need to confirm a driver who
has a WINCH to load your car and may cost more. But no worry, I will do my best to make it happen for
the lowest possible price.

If says THERE WILL BE NO ONE AT THE PICKUP SPOT. WHAT CAN WE DO?

Sir/mam, it is not a problem. You may leave the keys to your neighbors or friends that lives there. So
driver can call them before going to pick up location.
Or you can leave the keys somewhere safe like inside of ignition, under the tires or in the mailbox. So that
driver can go there and pick it up by himself.
