5:-Material Should be supplied with proper Co-relating Manufacturing test certificates indicating "Proces of manufacturing/killing/grain refinements FTC and write statement in Mill TS as" We have satisfied ourselves that
steel melting has been done and tested in accordance with the requirements of indian boiler regulation 1950. We further certify that the particular entered herein are correct.
6:-In event of delay in delivery beyond the contractual delivery date, purchaser may accept delayed delivery at prices reducedcby a sum equivalent to one half of one percent of the total value of delayed item / quantity for
every week of delay or part thereof, limited to a maximum of 10% of the total order value
7.Unless agreed otherwise the rates of the material are inclusive of freight
