Sir,
With reference to subject matter, consequent upon signing of Joint
Handover Memorandum on 10.02.2024 and as requested by contractor vide
letter cited above under ref(iv), the appointed date of subject project has been
declared w.e.f. 20.02.2025 vide RO-Gandhinagar letter cited above under ref(v)
in line with Article 3 and Article 8 of the contract agreement.
