Sir,
1. This is in reference to the Contract for Consultancy Services dated 11.01.2023
("Consultancy Contract") cited under ref. (ii), between National Highways Authority of
India ("NHAI" or "Authority") and M/s Global Infra Solutions joint venture with Dhruv
Consultancy Services Ltd. in association with M.S. Consultant ("Independent Engineer"/
"Consultant") for Independent Engineer's service during the four-laning of the Neraluru
Thorapalli Agraharam section of NH-844 ("Project").

2. Kindly refer to the Show Cause Notice issued vide office letter no. 243693 dated
15.05.2024 requiring the Consultant to show cause why it should not be debarred
for a
period of 02 years. The Consultant has replied to the Show Cause Notice. The Consultant
was offered an additional opportunity of personal hearing.
3. The Authority has reviewed the response of the Consultant.
