Education: B.E.–Electronics.

11. Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Outlook)
12. Familiar with ERP/SAP software.
Job
Description 1. Responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining
: the manufacturing of cabinets.
2. Understanding of customer RFQ/input, knowledge of
electrical costing
3. Understanding wiring schematic of MCC /PCC /PLC panels
4. Understanding of wiring quality standard
5. BOM preparation based on customer input
6. Manage program and new product development
7. Customer coordination & FAI product delivery
8. Experience of electrical control & communication panel
testing
9. Provide technical support & training to technician.
10. Have a very good understanding of international
workmanship standards for mechanical assembly/wiring
and be able to train wiring/assembly technicians when
required
11. Apply Lean methodologies for reducing the cost of
manufacturing by eliminating non-value-added
operations.

Develop and ensure that manufacturing documentation,
cabinet books are accurate and maintained
Initiate and develop solutions to problems that affect the
yield.
Conduct industrial engineering activities: time study, line
layout and capacity study.
Initiate, coordinate, and lead other functional groups on
engineering or other issues relating to manufacturing
operations.
Provide reports to management on the performance of
production operations.
Develop new processes and optimize the current process
to improve productivity and reduce cost
Evaluate and improve the flow of materials and products
through manufacturing processes - Continually review key
process indicators for potential improvement.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques. (Kaizen,
5S, process flow, etc.)
