Criminal case against him/her in any Court of law.
(x) Employment Exchange Registration Card
(xi) Medical certificate showing the percentage of physical disability ( in case of
physically handicapped candidates only)
(xii) Documents showing to have at least passed a test in Odia equivalent to ME
standard, who have passed 1Oth Board Examination in the medium other
than odia.
