1 PRICE Quoted price are as per above offer only

2 TAXIES & DUTIES These shall be charged extra as per the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch.
At present
Applicable rates of GST is 18%.
3 FREIGHT Freight & Transit Insurance charges up to site shall be arranged & paid by
Purchaser.
4 PAYMENT 30% advance with Order and Balance with taxes against Performa Invoice before
dispatch.
5 DELIVERY Ex-works readiness of material at our works will be 6-8 WEEKS from the date of
receipt of drawings approval and Advance Payment.
6 UNLOADING Unloading of Equipment at site is not in our scope.
7 WARRANTY 18 Month after Supply and 12 Month after Installation whichever is earlier
against Manufacturing Defect.
8 INTEREST & STORAGE COST We will issue inspection call before 7 days of readiness of Equipment for Routine
TOWARDS NON LIFTING OF Testing at our works. In case, if you will not organize inspection as per schedule
EQUIPMENT IN STIPULATED date & time ,you will have to make payment immediately failing which, we will
TIME charge interest @23% P.A plus 1% storage Charge per week from the date of
readiness.
9 FORCE MAJOR CLAUSE Our offer is subject to Force Majeure, Conditions which includes War, Famine,
Flood, Strike, Lockout, Civil Disturbances, Acts of God any circumstances
beyond our control resulting in delay, disruption in production or closure of the
unit. In case of Occurrence of any such event we shall intimate you within 10
days in advance.
10 COMMISSIONING 1 MAN DAY FOC FOR SUPERVISION COMMISSIONING.
