No one believed Imran when he said he could see the future.

He didn’t see it like a movie—he felt it.

He’d walk past a stranger and know they’d win the lottery.

Or that someone’s mother would die in three weeks.

He never told anyone.

Until he met Amina.

She sat on the bench every day feeding birds. Quiet, kind, always alone.

He sat next to her and whispered, “You’ll save someone’s life today.”

She laughed.

Then her umbrella caught fire from a fallen wire—she threw it, shielding a child nearby.

After that, she believed.

Each day, he gave her tiny clues. Helped her help others.

Until one day, he said nothing.

“You okay?” she asked.

He smiled faintly. “This is the last time I’ll see you.”

He didn’t explain.

He walked away, leaving behind a letter:

“I saw your future. It was bright… because I stepped away.”
