VELOTRIC was established in June 2021 and
has completed a Series A financing round of over

VELOTRIC was founded by Adam Zhang, co-founder of Lime's hardware division, Eric Xiao, former
Hardware R&D Director of Lime, and Jerry Sun, former Head of Industrial Design Center of Didi. The core
members of the team come from leading manufacturers in the electric two-wheeler industry, including Lime,
Didi, Giant, and Decathlon, with experience in manufacturing over millions of electric two-wheelers.
Currently, VELOTRIC have achieved complete self-development in their power system and vehicle
structure, maximizing the optimization of product performance and cost efficiency.
