Strategy Plan for Addressing School Bullying in School


1.​ Analysis or Assessment
Some of the Senior High School students reported in our office why they were
not attending their class regularly due to bullying from their fellow classmates. They’re
losing their confidence in participating in classroom discussion.
2.​ Strategy Formulation
Goal: Reduce reported bullying cases. If possible, establish a culture of respect and
inclusion within our school.
We conducted a meeting and addressed the current concern in our school. The teachers
and I were eager to stop any forms of bullying happening inside our campus. We’ve come up with
many ideas on how to prevent bullying in school. The following are some of the plans that we
agreed to execute within the school.
●​ Awareness Campaign
●​ Counseling and Support
●​ Policy Implementation

3.​ Strategy Execution


We conducted open discussion with the learners about the concern topic and posters
promoting kindness and respect, by doing this the learners are always reminded and are being
aware. We also implemented clear consequences on bullying.

4.​ Evaluation or Sustainment / Management Phase


To know if there are any changes or if the plan was executed effectively, monthly
meeting with teachers and student representatives were practiced. And also, review of
disciplinary reports to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
