Industries (FJ Ind) in 2000 in association with a group of
specialists in the manufacturing of Air Terminals. M/s Faisal
Jassim Industries is a well established group. especializing

standard. We have recruited a team of experienced craftsmen

Terminals, as per our range of product or special designs, as
per the project requirement. We have set up our production
lines to allow maximum flexibility, adapting quickly to demand
changes, ensuring best deliveries with consistent good quality.

NC Curve
A method has been developed that allows us to generate a single number
to represent the sound level of a device. This single number is called the
NC or noise criteria and it makes allowances for the various dB levels
in each of the octave bands and human sensitivity to each of these
frequency bands.

GRILLES & REGISTERS
The Egg Crate Grilles are either ceiling mounted or wall mounted
air terminal devices used as exhaust air grilles for domestic and
industrial applications. The relatively large effective area (90%)
of the egg crate grille permits better performance for return air
application. This results in low pressure drop and low noise level.
ECR is provided with opposed blades damper (OBD) to facilitate
precise air volume control.
The core of an egg crate grille is made of aluminium strips
assembled to form equally sized and distributed square cells.
The 30mm flange frame is made of extruded aluminium bars.
Insulating gasket (optional) is fixed around the back of the frame
to prevent infiltration of air between the frame and the wall.
OBD are easily removable and attached to the frame by means of
(S) clips to ensure tight grip and maximum flexibility. The damper
is made of extruded aluminium bars. The damper opening is
easily adjusted by means of a control lever that is driven by a
screw driver from the front face of the register.

LINEAR BAR GRILLE
SINGLE DEFLECTION LINEAR BAR GRILLE (SDLBG) & SINGLE DEFLECTION LINEAR BAR REGISTER (SDLBR)
The return linear bar grille is a wall mounted grille, used as
an exhaust or return in cooling, heating or air ventilation
applications.
The standard front blade width is 4mm whereas a 6.4mm
blade also is available with center to center 12.5mm.
The return linear bar grille is composed of a set of fixed hor-
izontal straight bars attached to a frame, both manufactured
from extruded aluminium sections.
Frames and blades are made of extruded aluminium alloy
6063 to T6 Heat Treatment.
Flanges are available in 10, 13, 20, 25 and 30mm width.
OBD are easily removable and attached to the frame by
means of (S) clips to ensure tight grip and maximum flexi-
bility. The damper is made of extruded aluminium bars. The
damper opening is easily adjusted by means of a control
lever that is driven by a screw driver from the front face of
the register.

APPLICATIONS
FLOWTECH Linear Slot Diffuser (LSD) is a high capacity slot
diffuser suited to a wide range of applications.
With its pleasant aesthetic appearance it can be used in variety of
prestigious locations such as Lobbies, Dining Hall, Hotels, Palaces
and Building Entrances where aesthetic is architecturally critical.
For this purpose, FLOWTECH LSD can be supplied in a straight or
curved shape with a wide variety of powder coated colors.
Functionally, Linear Slot Diffusers are used in large open areas
where perimeter supply or return is required. FLOWTECH LSD
is provided with unique curved design of air deflecting vanes
which can be adjusted as required to achieve precise control of
air flow direction. Usually directional control is required towards
perimeter heat source or away from adjacent glass areas.
With its steady performance at variable air flow rates, FLOWTECH
LSD can be effectively used as part of VAV systems. It can be
combined with unitary plenum boxes of designer choice.
FLOWTECH LSD can be used as supply air diffuser, return air
diffuser or dummy ceiling diffuser for decorative purposes.

INSTALLATION DETAILS
1. Install outer core of the circular diffuser by means of ceiling
hangers or with the help of self tapping screws. Duct joints are
then sealed with adhesive tape.
2. Center core assembly can be detached or attached by
rotating anti-clockwise or clockwise direction.
3. Horizontal or vertical discharge pattern could be achieved by
rotating the center core clockwise or anti-clockwise direction.

To be used for long distance hot /cold air supply. The air
supply angle can be adjusted as per the requirement.
The air-guiding blades can make uniform airflow distribution
in all directions.
The exterior frame and blades are made from aluminium.
Various colors are available to suit customer’s requirements.
Level Supply Air
There is a sealant in between the frame and drum to prevent
the supply air from leaking and also to make the drum locked
in any angle.

INSTALLATION
By insertion in an exposed T-bar grid ceiling. But support rods or
wires can be used for multi-panel assemblies which are
normally supported by adjustable rods from ceiling slab and
with alignment strips that can be used to align the sections.
CONSTRUCTION
With removable perforated face with a safety chain (optional)
for easy cleaning.
Plenum from Aluminium (standard), galvanized steel or stainless
