Ref. Proposal Letter for Cultural Week (9th–13th July).


I am writing on behalf of the student’s council and the Cultural Week Organizing Committee
to formally propose the hosting of our annual Cultural Week, scheduled to take place from
Monday, 9th July to Friday, 13th July at Peter crest grounds. This event aims to celebrate
the diverse cultural heritage of our students through music, art, dance, food, fashion, and
intellectual exchange.
Objectives of the Cultural Week:
 Promote cultural awareness and appreciation among students.
 Encourage student participation in extra-curricular and creative activities.
 Foster unity in diversity through cross-cultural interaction.
 Showcase talents and strengthen school community spirit.

Proposed Daily Themes and Activities:


Day Theme/Activities.
Monday (9th) Opening Ceremony, Cultural Parade, Talent Auditions.
Tuesday (10th) Music, games and fun day.
Wednesday (11th) Traditional Cuisine Day, Cultural Talks, intercultural quiz.
Thursday (12th) Sports day.
Friday (13th) Modelling, Awards Ceremony, Closing Celebration
