1. During the admission exercise of trainees at XYZ college, the registrar made clarity on the
admission requirements to the trainees by reading them and pinned a copy of the requirements at
the students’ notice board. The trainees responded back. List THREE ways feedback was
facilitated at the institution. (3 Marks)

2. A personal vision is a clear and compelling long-term view of what you want to achieve in
your life. Mention any FOUR components of a personal vision. (4 Marks)

3. Time is a precious resource given equally to all. It is supposed to be utilized fully to maximize
productivity and efficiency. State FOUR actions which can be taken to manage time. (4 Marks)

4. Promoting ethical practices is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture that
encourages trust, collaboration and respect among employees. Name any FOUR challenges
facing ethical practices. (4 Marks)

5. Team players possess specific qualities that contribute to the success of the team and the
organization. List FOUR qualities of a good team player. (4 Marks)

6. Avenues for professional growth are the various paths and opportunities individuals can
pursue to enhance their skills and advance their careers. Explain any TWO avenues. (4 Marks)

7. Training refers to the structured programs designed to improve specific skills and knowledge
relevant to one’s job or career. Briefly outline any TWO of such trainings. (4 Marks)

8. Solutions to problems must be creative, innovative and practical based on the problem in

context. The process of coming up with such solutions incorporates critical and creative thinking.

and personnel to deliver effective training programs. Identify any FOUR of these resources.
