Government of Madhya Pradesh is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part
of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake “Upgradation of Existing Intermediate Lane
Flexible Pavement to 2 Lane with Paved Shoulders Flexible Pavement from Km 0.000 (Orchha) To
Km 75.000, Length 75.000 Km on Orchha - Tikamgarh – Shahgarh NH-539 in the State of Madhya
Pradesh on EPC Mode” through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Public Works Department (NH)

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of the CPPP website
https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app from 26.03.2025 to 07.05.2025 (up to 17:30 Hrs. IST). Bidder
must submit its financial bid and Technical Bid at https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app on or before
07.05.2025 (upto 17:30 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 09.05.2025 at 1500
hours IST. Bidders shall also submit their proposals on BIMS portal www.bims.gov.in.

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Power of Attorney
for signing of Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding
Agreement, if any, Integrity Pact and other documents required as per clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall
be submitted physically in original by the bidder on or before 08.05.2025 (upto 17:30 hours IST).

Please note that the Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
