Sub :- Request for extension of joining date for the post of constable (General Duty ).

Respected Sir,

Myself Avinash Kumar , Roll no.s:- 4207030327 and my joining date is 26/09/2023 and,
I have report to the DIG, RTC ,Shivgangai, ITBP Force Tamilnadu. I am honoured and
extremely priviledged that I am going to be part of ITBP. I had started my prepration for
joining but suddenly my mother’s arthritis has increased which was normal earlier and
doctor advice her to take bed rest and need assistance for daily routine. Being the
responsible of my member family I need to take care of situation and look after my
mother medical condition which demands considerable time of 90 days. Apart of myself
here is no one can mange this period of crisis .

The joining date is very close, so I request you to


kindly grant extension for 90 days from 26-09-2023 to 26-12-2023. I assure that I would
be able to join the selves latest by 27-12-2023.
