Sub: Request for grant of extension in joining time-reg

Respected Sir,

This is to intimate your kind office that I have been selected as Conductor vide result
order dated 20/11/2024 of advertisement no. 01/2023 dated 14.03.2023 and subsequent
corrigendum dated 30.03.2023. I have applied for various examinations such as:

1) Rajasthan administrative services examination 2024 which is scheduled to be conducted on


02/02/2025.
2) UGC Net examination which is scheduled to be held in January 2025.
3) HTET examination which is scheduled to be held in December 2024.

So, I want extension of 3 months in joining time so that my preparation do not get hampered.
Accordingly, I request you to kindly permit me joining time of 3 months.
