CENTRAL EXCISE COMMISSIONERATE : PANCHKULA

1 JURISDICTION :

The Commissionerate of Customs & central Excise, Panchkula was created out of erstwhile Delhi-
III Commissionerate and started functioning w.e.f. 01.11.2002. The Commissionerate collects Cenmtral
Excise & Customs revenue and Service Tax from the 6 revenue districts of Haryana, i.e, Panchkula,
Ambala, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal and Yamuna Nagar. The Commissionerate has three Central
Excise Divisions located at Panchkula, Ambala and Yamuna Nagar.
