1 In respect of employees who are due to retire on or before 31-10-2025 the arrears shall be drawn and paid in (28) equal installments.
Govt. also here by order the revision of the rates of D. A . in respect of State Govt. Employees drawing pay in the

Revised U.G.C./AICTE Pay Scales, 2016 from 38% to 42% w.e.f. 01.01.2023.
Govt also here by order the revision of the rates of Dearness Allowance in respect of State Govt.Employees drawing the pay as per R.P.S.of

2015 enhanced from 63.912% to 68.628% with effect from 1st Jan 2023.
Govt.also hereby order revision of D.A. to all the full time/contingent employees whose remuneration has been revised from Rs.3850/- to Rs. 6700/-

per month as RPS-2010 w.e.f.01-Jan-23 @7.704% of the pay and at cumulative rate of 163.476%.
In the event of death of any employee before the issue of these orders, the legal heir(s) shall be entitled to the arrears of Dearness Allowance

in lumpsum. (Obsequies charges Govt. enhanced from Rs.20,000/- to Rs.30,000/- vide G.O.Ms.No.247 Dt.02/12/2024)
FR 22 B is not applicable for those employees who are promoted while drawing SPP II/SAPP II scales. Their pay has to be fixed in the

promotion category vide FR 22 (a)(i) read with FR 31(2).
7 Increment will be drawn from first day of the month in which it is due. (G.O.Ms.No.133, F&P, Dt.13.-5.74)
Government also hereby orders that all the employees falling under Grade-I to Grade-XXXII are entitled for five (05) stagnation increments
8 beyond the time scale in the Revised Pay Scales, 2020. These stagnation increments shall be treated as increments for all purposes such as
fixation of pay on promotion, Automatic Advancement Scheme and Pension.(G.O.Ms.No.51 Dt.11/06/21)
