Rnd Use the Navy yarn to make MAGIC RING.
1. scx6 in the yarn loop, tighten the loop [6 sts]
2. (2-sc inc) x 6 [12]
3. (scx1, 2-sc inc) x 6 [18]
4. (scx2, 2-sc inc) x 6 [24]
5. (scx3, 2-sc inc) x 6 [30]
6. (scx4, 2-sc inc) x 6 [36]
7. (scx5, 2-sc inc) x 6 [42]
8. (scx6, 2-sc inc) x 6 [48]
9~19. sc in each st around [48]

Begin to knit First straps.


1. scx9 [9 sts] turn
2~3. ch 1, scx9 [9] turn
4. ch 1, (sc2tog), scx5, (sc2tog) [7] turn
5. ch 1, (sc2tog), scx3, (sc2tog) [5] turn
First
6. ch 1, (sc2tog), scx1, (sc2tog) [3] turn Second

Skip 14sts
8~10. ch 1, scx2 [2] turn
11. ch 1, scx2, slst [2] Fasten off.
Skip 14 stitches and continue working the second strap (right strap)
the same way as the rst strap (left strap).

ch 1, SC around the entire edge of the Hat & Strap.

Fasten off and weave in the yarn end.
