Dear Parents/Guardians,
Millennium World School, Patna is always ahead to make the children utilize their summer
vacation and provide them a platform to enhance their knowledge and skills in innovation, problem-
solving, and hands-on learning.
To continue this trend and tradition, Millennium World School, Patna is organizing Summer Camp
for the students of classes I & II from 26th May 2025 to 28th May 2025 and for classes III – IX from
26th May 2025 to 29th May 2025 with a fun packed bonanza for the participants with several new
activities. Discover the joy of ‘Night Stay’ with food, friends and fun on the last day of the Summer
Camp. (Only for the students of classes III – IX)
Entry Fee for the students of classes III – IX : Rs 1900/- per participant
Entry Fee for the students of classes I – II : Rs 1200/- per participant (No Night Camp)
Timing for Summer Camp: 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.

General Guidelines:
Children need to wear comfortable and decent clothes, sports shoes with socks and carry their water
bottles, school diary and a pen.
Snacks will be provided to all participants.
Transport will be provided to those who are availing school transport service.
Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not allowed for students.
Please carry your swimming costume and other essential items.
Night Camp Guidelines:
Please carry a bedsheet, a pillow cover and other toiletries along with a night dress, a set of casuals
and a pair of slippers.
Night Camp will be on the final day of the Summer Camp (Wednesday, 28th May 2025)
Reporting time for Night Camp: 5 p.m. on 28th May 2025. Evening snacks, dinner, morning
breakfast and lunch for the next day will be provided.
Dispersal: 4 p.m. on 29th May 2025 (Post Lunch)

Parents are requested to send the Consent Form latest by Monday, 5th May 2025, along with the
amount to the class Teacher.
Please note: The dates of the Summer Camp may be preponed depending on the closure of schools
by the local administration due to heat conditions; any changes will be communicated accordingly.
