For information purposes, at the time of this will, I am MARRIED to Thomas
Agyekum Tuffour

Article Il
I appoint Farida Aminu Eshun as Personal Representative of this Will, with full
power and authority to sell transter and convey any and all property, real or
personal, which I may own at the time of my death, at such time and place and
upon such terms and conditions as my Personal Representative may
determine, without necessity of obtaining a court order.

In the event that Farida Aminu Eshun is unable or unavailable to be my

I direct that no Personal Representative or Trustee nominated and appointed by
me shall be required to furnish any bond or other security for the faithful
performance of his or her duties, notwithstanding any provision of law to the
contrary.

I direct that all inheritance, transfer, succession and other death taxes which
may be payable with respect to any property.

Article IV
Specific gifts are as follows:

1. TWELVE MILLION DOLLARS IN GHANA TRUST BANK ESCROW

2. TWENTY FIVE ACRES OF LAND AT KINTAMPO OFF THE TAMALE

I hereby give out Five (5) Acres of Land to My stepson, Edward Agyekum Tuffour.
The remaining goes to my beloved daughter, Farida Aminu Eshun and her
beloved.

All properties and assets were seized by The Ghana Revenue Authority and
converted to government proceedings. It should be eligible for retrieval on 10TH
January, 2025.

All residue and remainder of my Property, of every nature and kind, which I may
own at the time of my death, real, person and mixed, tangible and intangible, of
