Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1:Name

Name will be Believer's Worship Revival Centre or Christian Revival Hub International or Cain Mlambo
ministries

Section2 :Statement of purpose and mission

- The ministry has a two fold purpose

1 Wining souls and bringing them to the kingdom of God

This will be done by preaching the gospel of salvation that is followed by signs and wonders

in open air crusades street evangelism and door to door evangelism programs Mark16:20

2 Descipleship and maturing of believers

To do discipleship of believers with a aim raising an Apostolic Christian community, a type of.
Christianity that is focused on kingdom advancement and impacting the society

This will be achieved by teaching of the Apostolic Doctrine Acts 2:42 and equipping the disciplest
through the ministry of the Holy Spirit as we prepare to send them and do ministry at any place they
found themselves e.g work place, schools, homes etc Eph 4:11-13

Discipleship is a method the Lord Jesus used and recommended to his apostles to use Matt 28:19.This
will be done as a way to raise accurate and aligned foot soilders for God who will be missionaries
anywhere God will send them.To expose people to spiritual realites with an intension of capturing a
generation for God by bringing a territorial move of God which will sponsor experiencial knowledge of
God rather than theoretical knowledge Gal 4:19

Sectio 3:Ministry description

-The ministry is mainly Apostolic and Prophetic though it encompasses all the five Fold ministries. It is
for the evangelising of the world and exaltation and growing of the kingdom of God .Bringing soundness
to the body of Christ and meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the people, contributing to the end
time move of God

Article III: Membership

Section1: Eligibility and requirements for membership

-Anyone who wants to be a member must be born again, baptised and filled with the Holy Spirit

-Must attend and participate in all church programmes

-Must contribute financially by giving offering and tithes

-Anyone who practices homosexuality will not be allowed to be a member of the ministry unless they
repent

Article IV: Governance

Section1: Structure of Church Government

-Founder/President will be overall leader of the church in all matters

-Church shall be governed by an Pastor-led congregational model, where the Pastor provide spiritual
oversight and leadership, while the elders participates in decision-making processes.

Section2: Roles and Responsibilities of Leaders

. Pastor

-Pastor will be overseer of all body meetings at the Church they are Pastoring

- The pastor shall serve as the spiritual leader of the church, responsible for preaching, teaching, and
providing pastoral care.

- The pastor shall work closely with the elders to develop and implement the church's vision and
strategy.

Elders

- The elders shall provide spiritual oversight and leadership to the church, ensuring that the church
remains faithful to its mission and values ,serving under the Pa

- The elders shall work closely with the pastor to develop and implement the church's vision and
strategy.
- The elders shall oversee the church's ministries and programs, ensuring that they align with the
church's mission and values.

Deacons

- The deacons shall provide practical support and care to the church, overseeing the church's physical
and financial resources.

- The deacons shall work closely with the elders and pastor to ensure that the church's ministries and
programs are supported and resourced.

Section3: Decision-Making Processes

- The church shall make decisions through a combination of Pastor-led decision-making with elders
participation

- The Pastor shall make decisions on behalf of the church, except in matters that require congregational
approval.

- The congregation shall participate in decision-making processes through regular business meetings,
where members can provide input and feedback on key decisions.

Seczion4: Accountability and Oversight

- The elders shall be accountable to the congregation and shall provide regular updates on the church's
activities and decisions.

- The church shall establish an accountability structure, where the elders and pastor are accountable to
one another and to the congregation.

Article V: Officers and Ministries

Section 1: Pastor

- The Founder/President followed by ordained Pastors ,who shall be the spiritual leader of the church.

- Responsibilities: preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and administration.

- Qualifications: ordained minister, experience.theological certificate or any equivalence will be an


added advantage

-Founder/ President is responsible for ordaining Pastors

Section 2: Treasurer
- The treasurer shall manage the church's finances.

- Responsibilities: budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting.

- Qualifications: financial experience, integrity, attention to detail and giver to the ministry

Section 3: Secretary

- The secretary shall maintain church records and correspondence.

- Responsibilities: meeting minutes, membership records, and communication.

- Qualifications: organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Section 4: Ministries and Departments

- Worship Ministry: planning and coordinating worship services.

- Education Ministry: overseeing Christian education programs.

- Outreach Ministry: coordinating community outreach and missions.

-Ministry of helps: coordinating charity activities and programs

Article VI: Meetings and Voting

Section 1: Frequency and Types of Meetings

- Worship Services: weekly.

- Business Meetings: quarterly.

- Special Meetings: as needed.

Section 2: Voting Procedures and Requirements

- Voting members: members in good standing.

- Quorum: 50% of voting members.

- Decision-making: majority vote.


Article VII: Finances

Section 1: Management of Church Finances

- The treasurer shall manage church finances.

- Financial reports shall be presented quarterly.

-Founder/President is the overseer of all financial management

Section 2: Budgeting and Financial Reporting

- The budget shall be approved annually.

- Financial reports shall be audited annually.

Section 3: Fundraising and Stewardship

- The church shall engage in fundraising activities.

- Members shall be encouraged to practice good stewardship.

-All Pastors and worker should participate in every fundraising activities

Section4:Salaries and allowance

-There are no Salaries for any pastor or employed professional workers

-The pastor and all workers will be given a monthly allowance which is not mandatory

-Pastor is allowed to receive love offering from congregation

-Founder/President will receive a monthly allowance which is not mandatory

Article VIII: Property and Assets

Section1: Ownership and Management of Church Property

- The church shall own and manage its property.

- The trustees shall oversee property management.

-Founder has a share in all property owned by the Church


- No individual can claim any ownership of property except for the founder

Section2 :Use of Church Facilities and Assets

- Church facilities shall be used for church activities.

- Assets shall be used for church purposes.

Article IX: Amendments

Section 1:Procedure for Amending the Constitution

- Amendments shall be proposed in writing.

- Amendments shall be approved by a two-thirds majority vote.

-Amendments shall be finalised by Founder or President if founder is deceased

Section2:Requirements for Approval and Ratification

- Amendments shall be ratified by the church membership.

- Amendments shall take effect immediately upon ratification.

Article X: Dissolution

Section1: Procedure for Dissolving the Church

- Dissolution will take place if founder is deceased and there's no one able to continue with the ministry
it shall be approved by a two-thirds majority vote.

- Assets shall be distributed according to the church's constitution

Section2:Distribution of Assets Upon Dissolution

- Assets shall be distributed to a charitable organization.

-The founder if still alive or His family if he is dead will take half of assets and the rest will be donated to
charity

Article Xl:Founder/President

Section1:Election of President

-There will be no elections for President as long as founder is alive


-Founder will be President until retirement or death

-President will be elected if Founder is deceased and leaves no successor

-Elected President will serve in office until retirement

-Founder has the authority to elect President

Article Xll:Discipline

Section1:Discipline

-All members that violet the Doctrine will be desclipined by leadership

-Pastors that commmit offence will be asked go temporary leave their duties as they take time to correct
their ways upon completion of the discipline they can resume their duties

-Pastors that fail to repent will be asked to resign

-Length of time of discpline will be decided by leaders

-Anyone who commit homosexuality will not be allowed to continue to be a member unless they repent
