Key Takeaways          takeaways from the LAC Session: Conduct of school-based checking of forms:
                       Accuracy and Consistency Ensuring that all school forms contain accurate and
                       consistent data to maintain the integrity of student records.
                       Cross-validation Process Implementing a systematic approach to verify records
                       by comparing multiple sources and identifying discrepancies.
                       Compliance with Standards Adhering to DepEd guidelines and policies in
                       preparing, checking, and validating school forms to meet official requirements.
                       Collaboration and Accountability Encouraging teamwork among teachers,
                       advisers, and school heads in reviewing and validating student records to ensure
                       reliability.

Challenges             One of the challenges with this LAC session is the scheduling brought on by
                       several school activities and the busy schedules of certain teachers are the issues
                       with the LAC session.
Suggestions for        The LAC session's invited speaker is excellent, but I believe one way to make it

                       demonstrations, and creative titles to spur teachers to participate more actively.
Individual             Like I said, the quality of the selected speakers made this lac session quite

I found this LAC session to be fairly good overall.
