This Just in time begins with confirmation of the order from the hospital with a list of required
packs for surgical procedures scheduled for one day. A specific processor of the server obtains a
code for this order and obtains a sheet of all instruments and the entire preferred manufacturers.
This list is transferred to the warehouse where the warehouse operator obtains all the required
equipments and from the specified manufacturers. Employees are assigned the various packs and
tasked to assemble onto a counter all supplies for one pack at a time. The employees obtain the
materials from the storage area and assemble them on the counter and later to a convey belt. Since
the packs are bulky, there is use of lifts and cranes to move these packs while processing the
orders. These items are passed through a conveying belt where they are confirmed by two
attendants. For instance, when an order comes through, a station leader will request scalpels from
one manufacturer, hospital linen from another supplier, forceps from another supplier to be
assembled on the work area, and they are all loaded to the conveyor belt. All components must be
assembled and verified before they are sent to the decontamination room. This conveyor belt takes all
the equipments to a decontamination room where they are cleaned with warm water and soap,
rinsed and chemically sterilized by automated machines and placed in their holding pouches to avoid
recontamination. These pouches are sealed only

Foster Care Research Paper
Is Foster Care Saving the Next Generation or Hurting It? The average child is born into a loving
family in the United States, but the other six percent are not so lucky. Some children in today s
world are unfortunate enough to be born into unfit families. Many of these children are thrown into
foster care and taken away from these families . A serious debate in today s society is whether or not
foster careis a safe for children, or a trap.

Group homes and kinship care are popular alternatives. A home that holds six or more children is
considered a group home. This benefits the children by involving them with children of similar
issues that they can relate to. Group homes encourage traumatized foster children to speak up and
talk to their peers about their problems. The fear of being judged drops tremendously, resulting to
foster children expressing their feelings rather than holding everything in. Kinship care is the
process of children being taken from their parents and given to a close relative. Kinship care is
organized through Child Protective Services. One major benefit of kinship care is instead of the
neglected child going to a stranger, they go to a close relative. This makes them more comfortable
and could even lessen the trauma that comes with foster
Abraham Lincoln s Assassination Of President
Abraham Lincoln s Assassination
President Abraham Lincoln was the first United States president ever to be assassinated while in
office. He was president during the Civil War and had many people that did not like him. John
Wilkes Booth was one of those people and was the man responsible for the Presidents death. The
following is about Abraham Lincoln, John Wilkes Booth, Booth s plan for Lincoln, the President s
assassination, Booth s capture and how it affected history. Abraham Lincoln was born February
12, 1809 in Hardin County, Kentucky. He was the second child of Thomas and Nancy Hanks
Lincoln. In 1818, his mother died while he was just nine years old. He had an older sister named
Sarah and a brother name Thomas who died as an infant. Lincoln had very little education, he
only attended about one year of school in the classroom. He loved to read books and was known
to have walked miles to borrow one. Lincoln really disliked the hard work living in the frontier
and so many people thought he was lazy and that he read to get out of work. He tried work as a
rail splitter, flatboatman, storekeeper, postmaster and surveyor before he became interested in
law. He read law books on his own and in 1836, passed the bar exam. He moved to Springfield,
Illinois and practiced law there. By now he was also very interested in politics and served four
successful terms in the Illinois House of Representatives. On November 6, 1860, Lincoln was
elected the 16th president of the United
Review Of The Play Friday Night Lights
The character that I choose to compare myself to while watching the tv show Friday Night Lights
was player number 20 Smash Williams. Smash and I have a few similarities one of them being
that we are both high school students that strive to be the best. While you could say that about any
high school student it comes down to a deeper passion to do good by your parents. Both smash
and I are invested in the well being and betterment of our families. We look to them for comfort,
advice, and motivation. When looking at the two of us from the outside, you see a hard working,
engaged, confident and self reliant person. This persona that we both put on is really just a front to
hide our true motivation which is actually our families. Smash is a stereotypical
Jim Hawkins Quotes In To Kill A Mockingbird
Jim Hawkins (Entry 1) The boy, Jim Hawkins, is working at Admiral Benbow . This curious,
adventurous, boy has no experience with the real world. He has only worked for captain Billy
Bones in this cruel time. Now this boy, this boy who is afraid of the ragged, scarred, and alarming
seaman, is remembering. I myself have never seen such mystical eyes in a boy s face. And this
seafaring man, was terrifying, with one leg (Stevenson, 5). Now, not many people of this time
were rich, Jim especially. So his family wants money. This is not easy, as you might be able to tell.
And there is a problem, the captain. He is dying, for he has been drinking too much rum, and poor
Jim has to help him (Stevenson, 11). Has to resist the captain s desire for the... Show more content on

But not me. I do not understand. Well, it might have something to do with forces on him and n0t
me. He is hanging along with the crew much more now, so possibly there are waves of confidence
floating out to Jim. In real life, I would say that if someone were to be quieter and shy like Jim,
then if they had friends who weren t, that would affect them. What is that force called? Oh yeah,
it is called the force of influential advantages. I don t really know, I just made that up. Geography
has to affect you in real life today, to whoever may be reading this diary. This sea that this very
skilled sailor had passed across may not be there in your time. Treasure Island, that very place that
the crew has landed, may not be there today. The point is, depending on what is around you, you
have to adapt and use its characteristics to live. And, depending on the needs of the world, you
could donate things to charity, whatever that is, to help people that need things you have but they
don t. Or you could go on adventures out of your comfort zone to get to what you need, kind of
like Jim. Look where that ended up for him. He made many new friends, and he got his money
(Stevenson, 72 340). Maybe if you just take a risk, a responsible risk, something good will come from
