Dear parents,

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome to the official start of a new school year!

This is the year for your youngest learners to shine brightly in our classroom. It will be a year of
magical wonder and amazing growth for your little star. It’s our mission to help every child feel
welcomed, connected and part of RSPS. Additionally, we strive to challenge each student to
grow in his or her academic abilities by the end of this academic year.

I firmly believe that communication is the key to your child’s success and to a great
parent/teacher relationship. I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions or
concerns at any time of a day via WhatsApp.

In order to run the classes smoothly without any trouble, kindly follow the following rules and
regulations.

 School timing should be strictly adhered which is 8:30am to 12:30pm.


 Full attendance is mandatory. Don’t encourage your child to be absent except for health
reason or such exceptional valid reasons.
Please don’t send your child if they have any viral sickness.
Inform the administrator of your child’s absence from school by 9:00am.
 All sort of candies, chocolates, bubble gums, lollypops and soda drinks are strictly
prohibited to bring in lunch.
 Don’t encourage your child to bring any valuable item in school like toys, watches and
ornaments.
 If you want to make a phone call, I’m open to calls between 5pm to 6pm.

We hope all rules will be religiously followed by all parents.

It’s truly a privilege to be an admin at RSPS where parents, teacher and students help each
other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic and social growth.

Let’s make another memorable year in RSPS.
