EDUC 80: ASSESSMENT IN LEARNING 2​

OUTPUT # 4

Digital Academic Portfolio

Objective:

To create a digital academic portfolio that documents your growth as a student, including
experiences, challenges, and achievements that have shaped you academically and personally.

1.​ Portfolio Format & Submission:​

○​ The portfolio must be in PDF format (max 10 pages).


○​ Submit your digital copy via Google Drive, compile all your outputs in one folder
(per section) and share the link in our group chat (Make sure the file is accessible to
view).
○​ Submit a printed copy of your evaluation sheet (per section).
○​ Deadline: April 26, 2025.
○​ No one is allowed to delete the PDF from the Drive until next semester.​

2.​ Portfolio Content & Structure:​


Your portfolio should be organized, creative, and meaningful. It should contain:​

○​ Title Page: Be creative with the title of your portfolio. This can be a phrase that
reflects your journey as a student..
○​ Introduction (1 page): A brief introduction about yourself and the purpose of this
portfolio.
○​ Academic Growth (6-7 pages): This section should include:​

■​ Attachments (experiences, achievements, small/big wins, challenges, or


moments that shaped your academic growth).​

■​ Photos with descriptions (Each photo must have a brief explanation of why
it is significant to your journey).​

■​ Well-structured content (Ensure clarity, coherence, and reflection in your


writing).​

○​ Final Reflection (1 page): A well-thought-out analysis of your academic growth,


lessons learned, and how these experiences will guide your future.​

3.​ Creative Design & Organization:​

○​ You have full creative freedom in designing your portfolio.


○​ Ensure that the layout is visually appealing, organized, and easy to read.
○​ Consider consistency in fonts, colors, and formatting for a polished look.
○​ Use headings, subheadings, and a structured flow to guide the reader smoothly.​
