Corporation Authority and your work order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 Power and water should be supplied by the land owner, for the construction
of project under the terms and agreement.
2 The amount dues are payable towards the completion of the project
according to the payment schedule which was provided with quotation.
3 I agree and assure that, I alone will be responsible for the damages
accidents,/if any/ causedto machinery or labour during the course of
construction.
4 I agree to complete the project in a period of 18 months from the date of
getting permissions from statutory bodies and a work order from your
side albeit with a clause that the required payments to be made from your
side at intervals mentioned by me supra should be adhered to for my
compliance.
