Quotation for Construction of House
Technical Specification for the construction of Finished House

7 Column As per structure drawing - R.C.C. M20 or 1:1.5:3 (1cement, 1.5
Dust/Badarpur, 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
8 Brick work 230mm thick Filler walls 230mm thick with CM 1:6. First quality bricks
used.
9 Brick work 115mm thick Filler walls 115mm thick with CM 1:4.
10 Roof slab 4.5” thick R.C.C. M20 or 1:1.5:3 (1cement, 1.5 Dust/Badarpur, 3 stone
aggregate 20mm nominal size), steel reinforcement as per structure
drawing. Steel used 8, 10, 12mm. and beam 16mm steel.

15 Flooring Rooms, toilet, kitchen, will be in white marbles or tiles which cost of
Rs. 60 per sqft in covered area and all open area and stair flooring will
be of Rs. 70 per sq ft & preparation of flooring base with brick blast.
Granite for the kitchen including counters Rs.150/-per sqft. Will be
provided.
16 Sanitary & Piping Bath water line (hot & cold) for geyser, shower will be provided from
tank. One fresh water line will be provided in toilets, kitchen. All CPVC
(make supreme) Pipe main line1/ ¾” dia and distribution line ½” dia.
or CPVC pipe of ISI approved make as per drawing shall be provided.
Construction of Manhole /GT/ rainwater chamber etc. whatsoever
required & as per drawing 1000 Liter PVC 3 layer tank
(Syntex/Supreme) shall be provided per floor. PVC prakash / AKG
make 100mm/75mm for soil & waste pipe, vent pipes in 4-6 kg/sqcm
pressure including all fittings will be providing and fixing.
17 Kitchen Rs.50/-per sqf tiles (Kajaria) above Counter upto roof level. Rs.150/-
Per sqft granite on cooking platform/ Counter. One SS sink shall be
provided. Wood work over and blow counter will be charged extra.
18 fittings/fixtures All CP fittings like taps, angle valve , jail etc. and china ware fittings
like WC. ,WB ( parryware make) single sink (18”-24”) , taps , bib
cocks ,mixtures , conceal valves and all related fittings of these items
will be provided and fixed by the contractor for make jaguar fitting.
19 Door/ window frame All doors and window chaukhat will be of MS.steel size of internal
chaukhat & Window 2.5”X 4” And outer 2.5X6” painted with good
quality oil paint/ Polished.
20 Door/window shutter providing and fixing saal wood (size 6”-2.5”) windows and ventilator
frame as per approved design for double shutters & (size 4”-2.5”) for
single shutters. (we have considered simple and straight frames/
shutters however if round shape /Gaz /dills is approved we will add Rs.
20/- in construction cost at covered area.
21 Fixture fittings: All wood work fixture fittings ie. Doors / windows handles, latches (4”,
6” or 8”), kabjas, stoppers, locks, of SS plaza make will be provided.
22 Window Grill SS(304) Stair railing/balcony railing, Main gate, Window grill and
front jali door will be provided. Back jall and 2nd floor stair will be
provided and charges will be extra, half of the construction cost.
23 Painting Work Putty of JK or Birla on all internal walls, Enamel paint /sprit polish on
steel and wood work or wherever required. Asian Distemper on all
internal walls & Asian Apex on outer walls.
24 Toilet/ Bathroom Glazed tiles (Kajaria) will be laid up to roof level in toilet. Cost of tiles
will be of Rs.50 per sqft. Floor tile anti skid will be provided.
25 Electrical ISI P.V.C. Conduit setia or AKG pipe for roof and wall I.S.I. marked
copper wire (polycab/ havels). One fan box, two light point, two 15A
point in bed room, two 15A &5A point in kitchen. AC power point in
each room MDB, DB, MCB of Havels, switches of Modular Anchor/
havels mark to be provided. One light point and one 15A & 5A socket
in each toilet and bathroom shall be provided.
26 POP Drawing and dining false celling an all covered area minus plus will be
provided.
27 Water Harvesting Fee to Greater Noida Authority is to borne by the owner, however
assistance shall be provided by the contractor.
28 Tree Plantation As per by laws shall be provided by the contractor.
29 Elevation Charges will be extra
30 Roof All roof and Chajja : Mud Phaska will be provided. Parafit wall
Height 1mtr will be provided.
NOTE:-
Architecture fee and completion certificate will be provided by the contracter whereas
authority fee and plot documents will be provided by the owner.
Completion time- within 6 months of the agreement date.
PAYMENT TERMS:-
The Owner shall release payment as per the following schedule;-
Advance (Starting the work) 10%
After Plinth 10%
On roof level 15%
After roof 15%
Plastering of work 15%
Flooring of Work 10%
Elec. Grill, door & Window 10%
Before panting of work 10%
On Completion and hand over 5%
