TOPIC - DIGITAL INDIA: OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES
Digital india is an ambitious campaign launched by the Government of India to
transform the country into a digitally empowered society. It focuses on
providing high speed internet, digital literacy and online services to all citizens.
The project helps us understand the importance of technology in improving
education, healthcare and governance.

Digital India offers significant opportunities for economic growth, improved


governance, and enhanced citizen empowerment, but it also faces
considerable challenges, including the digital divide, cybersecurity threats, and
the need for digital literacy.

OBJECTIVES :-
1. To create awareness among students about the importance of digital literacy.
2. To encourage responsible use of digital resources at school and home.
3. To promote digital literacy among students and their families.
5. To connect classroom learning with real-life practices for sustainable living.

NOTE :-
1. Use A4 size sheets.
2. Think original and collect data by yourself with guidance of your family
members

1. Write the number of mobile users in the following countries:
USA, China, India, Pakistan, UK, Russia, Japan, Australia, Netherlands.
Arrange them in ascending order.
2. Since Covid – 19 in 2020, there has been a significant increase in the
internet usage in the world. In India also the number of users has seen a rapid
increase. Collect data regarding the number of internet users in India over
these years and complete the following table-

by the Govt. of India over these years and write their benefits also.
