This GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY is executed by:
MR. LEO GARCIA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
____________, hereinafter referred to as the PRINCIPAL,
in favor of
MR. MARVIN AQUINO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
____________,hereinafter referred to as the ATTORNEY-IN-FACT.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the PRINCIPAL will be residing abroad and intends


to authorize the ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to administer and manage his
real estate investments, bank accounts, and business interests
within the Philippines;

NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration and in order to


facilitate the management of his affairs, the PRINCIPAL hereby
appoints, constitutes, and empowers the ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to act
for and in his name, place, and stead, with full authority to perform
all acts, execute all documents, and undertake any transactions
necessary or incidental to the administration, management, and
disposition of his real estate investments, bank accounts, and
business interests, including, but not limited to, the following:

1. To purchase, sell, lease, mortgage, or otherwise deal with any


real or personal property owned by the PRINCIPAL;
2. To open, maintain, operate, close, deposit to, withdraw from,
and manage any bank or financial accounts in the name of the
PRINCIPAL;
3. To collect, receive, and issue receipts for any sums of money,
checks, drafts, or other instruments payable to the PRINCIPAL;
4. To represent the PRINCIPAL in all business transactions,
contracts, negotiations, and legal proceedings;
5. To sign, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any deed, contract,
agreement, document, or instrument necessary or incidental to
the foregoing;
6. To perform any and all acts which the PRINCIPAL could do if
personally present, with respect to the subject matters herein
mentioned.
This General Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect
until revoked by a written instrument executed by the PRINCIPAL
and duly communicated to the ATTORNEY-IN-FACT.
