RA 9275
ALL ARE REQUIRED TO SECURE A DISCHARGE
PERMIT REGARDLESS OF VOLUME OF THE
WASTEWATER
(Domestic, Commercial or Industrial Wastewater)
The importance of securing a discharge permit cannot be overstated. Whether you
are dealing with domestic or commercial wastewater, or industrial wastewater, it is
imperative that you obtain the necessary permits to ensure compliance with
environmental regulations. Failure to secure a discharge permit can result in fines,
legal action, and damage to the environment. To avoid these consequences, be sure
to follow all guidelines and regulations related to wastewater discharge, and obtain
the necessary permits before beginning any discharge activities. Remember, we all
have a responsibility to protect our environment for future generations, and securing
a discharge permit is a crucial step in fulfilling that responsibility.
