AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT
That, I, ABEDI ATHUMAN ABEDI, Adult, Male, Muslim and resident of Unga
Limited, Arusha, Tanzania do hereby take Oath and state as follows;
1. That I am the above-named deponent hence of well conversant with the
facts to be deposed hereto.
2. That, I am a citizen of the United Republic of Tanzania by virtue of birth
residing at Unga Limited Arusha region, Tanzania.
3. That, I am a biological brother of AMINA ATHUMAN ABEDI who lives in the
country of OMAN.
4. That, Our biological parents were already passed away (died) a long time
ago and I stayed as a head of our family.
5. That, for my free will I hereby give consent to SHEIKHA ABDULLA ALI
SULAIMAN AL HANAI to deal with all issues of marriage processes
concerning AMINA ATHUMAN ABEDI on my behalf.
6. I make this solemn declaration conscientiously, believing the same to be
true and in accordance with The Oaths (Judicial Proceedings And
Statutory Declarations) Act, R:E. 2019
