Heart Rate
From the Main Menu, tap on Health and
select 'Heart Rate' to access and measure
your heart rate. This feature also displays
detailed data like heart rate trends
throughout the day. You can also view
your Heart Rate trends right on your app.
SpO2
From the Main Menu tap on Health and
select "SpO2' to check your oxygen
saturation level. You can view your
reading taken in the last 24 hours right
on your watch. View your all-time SpO2
trend on your app.
Stress
The watch comes with a "Stress" feature
to measure and track your stress levels.
You can view your 24 hour stress levels
on your watch. Stress monitoring has
been added on your watch so you know
when to relax and keep your stress levels
in check.

Set timer for any of your work right from
your watch, just set the time and get

Find My Phone
Press the watch side button to enter the
Main Menu and navigate to "Find Phone"
option. Tap and your phone will start
ringing. Tap on the Notification from the

Hardware Related FAQ’s
1. I am unable to switch on the smartwatch. What should I do?
A: Scenario 1: If the smartwatch is just out of the box, then you need to charge it
until 100% charge is achieved.
Scenario 2: If you have switched off the watch from the settings option then you can
long press on the button on the side of the watch to turn on the watch, provided the
watch has enough charge.
Scenario 3: The watch charging cable might have an issue because of which it’s not
charging the watch. Hence, you may need to change your charger.
After trying the above scenarios, if the issue persists, please reach out to

2. I have misplaced my charging cable. Where can I get that?
A: You need to visit the nearest service center and purchase it from there. This will
be based on the availability of the charger/cable at that service center.
3. How long should I charge the watch to be 100%?
A: Watch gets fully charged in about 2.5 hours.
4. What is the specification required for smartphones to connect with
Smartwatch?
A: Android 9.0+ and IOS 11.0+
5. Are the charger and strap covered under warranty?
A: No, the charger and strap are not covered under warranty.

Application Related FAQ’s
1. Which application should I download to connect my watch to the
smartphone?
A: The application that needs to be downloaded is “Fastrack Smart World”. It is
available both on Google Play Store & App Store.
2. How do I pair my Smartwatch?
A: You can easily pair your Smartwatch by following the below process -
Download the Fastrack Smart World app from Google Playstore/ Apple Appstore
User Registration:
Select the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions and enter your mobile
number. On the next screen, enter the OTP received to complete the registration.
Permissions & Access:
Provide necessary permissions to enable various features available on your
Smartwatch.
Pairing:
The next step is to pair the watch with the phone through the Fastrack Smart World
app.
To do this,
Tap on “Permit” to allow the app to access your phone Camera, Location and
Bluetooth.
You can now pair your Smartwatch through 2 methods.
Scan the QR code shown on the watch.
Once the QR code is scanned, accept the pairing request on the watch screen and
the pairing would be successful.
You can also click “Search Manually”. Tap on “Permit” to allow the app to turn on
Location. Your Smartwatch would be detected. Click on “Continue”. Accept the
pairing request on the watch screen and the pairing would be successful.
The next step is to create a user profile in the application. Enter the details like
Name, Gender, Birthday, Height, Weight, Sleep Duration Goal, Multisport Goal, and
Steps Goal
The application will be ready for you to use and you will be able to experience the
new journey in the Fastrack Smart World.

3. How do I connect BT Calling feature on my watch?
A: Once you pair your watch with the Fastrack Smart World application, you get a
pop-up during onboarding to connect your BT Calling. Accept the request and your
BT Calling is paired.
4. Can I save my Favorite Contacts within the watch?
A: Yes, with the new Smartwatch, you can save your favorite contacts within the
watch and make calls directly through the watch without the hassle of swiping
through the phone.
Go to Settings in the Fastrack Smart World App and navigate to Favorite Contacts
under My Watch. Your phone contacts will be displayed. Select the contacts you wish
to save as favorite contacts in the watch and save your selection. You can remove
any contact by swiping from right to left against a contact. You can now add another
contact through the same process. Rearrange your contacts as you wish to see them
in your watch by long pressing a contact and rearranging the order. Tap on “Save”
after you have made your selections. You can save up to 30 contacts.
This would sync your watch with the contacts you have selected. To view your
contacts in the watch, go to the BT Calling screen on your watch through the Main
Menu.
5. What should be done to sync the smartwatch with the application?
A: On opening the application on your smartphone, the smartwatch data will be
automatically synced. If you find that the watch is not synced or the data on the app
is not changed you can swipe from top to bottom on the main page of the app and it
will automatically sync with the watch.
6. I am unable to receive the OTP for registering myself on the Fastrack Smart
World application. What can be done?
A: Please make sure that you have entered the correct and active mobile number for
registration where you will receive the OTP via SMS.

7. I have purchased a new Smartwatch and while I have completed my pairing
with the application Fastrack Smart World, it is asking for a Firmware Update.
Is it mandatory to do so?
A: Yes, it's mandatory to update the firmware to experience the best version of the
watch.

8. My Fastrack Smart World crashes every time I open the application. What
needs to be done?
A: Kindly uninstall and reinstall the application. If the issue persists, please contact
the toll-free number 18002660123 or can write to us at customercare@titan.co.in.
9. I am not located in India and my contact number comes with a different
country code. How do I register myself in the application?
A: Even though you are not in India, the registration process for the application
remains the same. Select the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions and enter
your mobile number. On the next screen, enter the OTP to complete registration.
The list of countries where you will receive the OTP is as follows:
Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Philippines, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh,
Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Japan.
10. I am unable to connect the watch straps to the watch head. Please help.
A: There is a quick-release pin that needs to be aligned in the hole provided on the
watch head lug. You need to align the pin properly between the lug holes and
connect the strap to the watch head.
11. My phone is continuously ringing even after I have gone back to some
other screen on the watch or pressed the power button on my phone. How do I
stop the ringing after I have found my phone?
A: Tapping on “Find Phone” from the watch raises a notification on the phone apart
from the ringing in the phone. Just tap on the notification from the Fastrack Smart
World app and the phone would stop ringing.

12. What do I need to do to get the notifications on the smartwatch?
A: Notification access must be provided for the Fastrack Smart World application
from the phone settings.
On the app click on Settings > Turn On Notifications. This will redirect you to the
Notification Access settings in your phone. Please provide the access to the Fastrack
Smart World app.
You can now select which app notification you would like to see on your watch.
13. How do I change my Watchface?
A:
1. Long press on the watch home screen, swipe through the saved watchfaces and
select your desired watchface.
2. You can also go to Watch Settings> Watchfaces and swipe through the saved
watchfaces and select your desired watchface.
Open the Fastrack Smart World application and in the below panel, you will get
watch faces. Select from a wide range of watch faces. You can set a customized
watch face from here like setting a photo from your phone’s gallery or click a photo
from your camera and set it as your watch home watch face.
14. How do I access the Main Menu on my watch?
A: Press the side button to access the Main Menu.
15. What all activity metrics can I view in the My Fitness feature on my watch?
A: Navigate to My Fitness from the Main Menu. You will be able to view your 24 hour
steps activity, calories burnt, distance covered and much more.
16. How to use AI Voice Assistant in Smartwatch?
A: In the watch, navigate to AI Voice Screen from the Main Menu, Tap on the icon on
the watch screen. This activates Google Assistant for Android users and Siri for iOS
users. Now you can ask anything like “What’s the temperature at my location” or
“Where is the nearest restaurant” from the watch itself. The results will be displayed
on your phone.
17. Can I view my Heart Rate while performing a Multisport?
A: You are able to see a range of health metrics while performing a Multisport as per
the activity. Once you start your sport, you would be able to see your Heart Rate,
Calories burnt, and other health metrics related to the sport.

18. Every time I do a Multisport activity, after completion I see the watch
saying “Workout was too short”. Why so?
A: A Multisport activity should be done for more than 1 minute for the watch to
capture data. Each Multisport activity has a different threshold duration, after which
only the activity is recorded.
19. How can I check Heart Rate on my watch?
A: You need to go to the watch menu options and tap on “Heart Rate”. Your watch
would automatically start recording a reading. Stay still while your watch is
recording a measurement. You can also view your 24 hour rate readings right on
your watch if you have turned on Auto HR from your App Settings. View your max
and min Heart Rate also right on your watch.
20. How can I check SpO2 in my watch?
A: You can navigate to SpO2 from the Main Menu. Your watch would start taking a
reading. Remember to stay still till the watch records a reading for you.
21. How do I use Stress Monitor?
A: You can also measure your Stress readings by just navigating to Stress from the
Main Menu.
You can also turn on automatic stress monitoring from the App Settings. You would
be able to see your 24 hour stress readings right on your watch and on your app
too. Your watch would take a reading every 10 minutes.
22. How to activate the Women's Health Tracker?
A: The Women's Health Tracker would be available only for female users. So make
sure while onboarding in the Fastrack Smart World app, you register as female
gender.
In the registration process, you will need to enter your details like the period start
date, cycle duration, period length. Your dashboard will be ready now. You can now
add symptoms you may face during your period to keep track of your health.
23. How do I add an Alarm in the watch?
A: In your Fastrack Smartwatch, you can now add alarms right from your watch
itself. Just head over to Alarm from the Main Menu. You just have to set the save the
time and days of the alarm and your alarm would be saved. You can also save alarm
on your watch through App Settings > My Watch > Alarm.

24. Will I be able to check weather updates for other cities?
A: The watch will be able to show the weather updates of your current city only. Your
current city will get detected based on the phone’s actual location. You can view
upcoming days of weather by scrolling in the “Weather” screen on the watch.
25. How do I control music from my watch?
A: You can control your phone music right from your watch like going to the next/
previous song, play/ pause and even control volume.
26. How do I use camera control and where is the image saved in the phone?
A: Open the “Camera” from the watch main menu. This will open a camera icon on
your watch. Tap the icon to open the In-App Camera on your phone, provided the
app is open in the foreground on your phone. Tap on your watch camera icon to
click a photo from your In-App Camera. The photo will be saved in your phone’s
gallery.
In case major issues are being faced that are not being resolved by any of the
above answers mentioned, especially concerning the hardware of the watch,
like the screen blanking out or the watch not charging, request you to please
visit the nearest Authorized Service Center.

The smartwatch is a tool that provides information on your training and activity
performance and one that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle. The
smartwatch relies on sensors that track your movement and other metrics. The data
and information provided by it is a close estimation of your activity and metrics
tracked but may not be completely accurate, including the steps, distance,
Heartrate, Blood saturation and calorie data.
Note - Accurate user data (height, weight, gender and age) information improves
the accuracy of the algorithms that process the activity data.
Some activities may cause frequent arm movement resulting in the device recording
too many steps, like:
• Driving a vehicle (usually due to rough terrain)
• A restless night of sleep
There are also instances where a lack of arm movement may result in a loss of steps
while you are walking, like:
• Pushing a stroller or shopping cart
• Carrying a bag of groceries or child
• Talking on phone and walking.

Your smartwatch has been created in one of the most modern wearable
manufacturing facilities in the world; and every component has undergone strict
quality check and has been carefully inspected. It is covered under warranty for one
year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.
Handling and Care
Your smartwatch is a precision instrument and contains delicate components such as
a digital module, electronic components & a digital display panel. It is advisable not
to subject it to severe impact, rough usage, and exposure to caustic substances,
extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields.
If it gets dirty from contact with sweat, dust and other substances, clean it
periodically by using a soft, slightly moist cloth. This will greatly increase the life of
the product. Do not use any solvents, commercial cleaners, detergents, adhesives,
paints or cosmetics sprays to clean the product.
Water Resistance
Your smartwatch qualifies as Water Resistance IP68, IP68: Complete Dust Resistance,
protected from immersion in water up to a depth of 1.5 feet for up to 30 min. This is
also protected against mild rain, water splashing and accidental submersion.
Battery Care
Please charge your smartwatch at least once every six months. Ensure that you
charge your smartwatch with an appropriate power supply unit such as a smart
phone charger or laptop USB port. Don’t try to operate the charging pins with any
sharp tools.
Service and Repair
Skilled technicians, in a dust free environment have carefully assembled your
smartwatch. Do not allow any unauthorized person to open the smartwatch, as this
could cause damage to the smartwatch and invalidate the conditions of the warranty.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty
1) Limited Warranty:
a) Smartwatches- The smartwatches retailed under the brands ‘Titan Smart’ and
‘Fastrack Smart’ are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1)
year from the date of invoice. Titan will, at its sole option, repair or replace any
smartwatch found to have manufacturing defects during the Limited Warranty
period. Cases and straps will be covered under Limited Warranty for colour peel off
and discoloration issues for a period of six (6) months from the date of invoice.
b) Charging Cables- The charging cables provided with our smart watches or
retailed independently under the brands ‘Titan Smart’ and ‘Fastrack Smart’ are
warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for three (3) months from the date
of invoice.
c) Straps- The straps provided with our smart watches or retailed independently
under the brands ‘Titan Smart’ and ‘Fastrack Smart’ are warranted to be free from
manufacturing defects for six (6) months from the date of invoice.

2) Exclusions:
a) The Limited Warranty does not apply to any:
i) issues related to skin. Although, we use the best quality materials in
manufacturing Products, Titan is not liable for any skin rashes or allergies arising
out of contact with the Products. You are advised to be aware of your skin
sensitivities and take necessary precautions.
ii) handling or accidental defects such as physical damage of the smart watch
head, lug, or strap due to unauthorized usage or impact damages, water entry
damage due to exceeding the specified depth or pressure and other issues arising
from mishandling of the Product.
iii) unauthorized repairs or modifications to the Product without proper
authorization from Titan.
iv) battery-related issues, such as deterioration, reduced capacity, or failures due
to prolonged usage or misuse.
v) external causes such as electric power fluctuations, usage of charging adapters
more than 5V or fast charging adapters.
vi) damages or issues caused by normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the
display or strap, or fading of color.
vii) loss or theft of the Product.
viii) damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, liquids, flood, fire, or
other acts of nature or external causes.
ix) damage to a Product that has been modified or altered without the written
permission of Titan.
x) damage to a Product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that
are not supplied by Titan.
