Quick Recap:

1. Download the app from the Play Store/App Store.

After opening it, you'll see the welcome screen.
2. Click signup and grant permissions of your phone to
the app.
3. Enter your mobile number, submit to receive an OTP
to register/verify.
4. After verifying, select your watch type and grant
camera permission for the app to scan the watch.
5. Simultaneously, power on your watch and swipe the
screen to display the QR code. Scan that QR code
through your phone.
6. You have to tap on tick/yes on the watch to confirm
the pairing.
7. Once the watch is scanned, the app will check for
firmware updates. If available, wait for the update to
be completed.
8. After the check, add your name, gender, birthday,
height, weight, step goal, multisport goal and sleep
goal one by one as app displays the same.
9. Finally, link your Google Fit/Apple Health account to
allow to collect data from the Reflex App. That's it,
you're now ready to explore your new watch and app!

To connect BT calling:
1. Go to home screen > Swipe up for Main Menu > Go to
Settings > About.
2. Simultaneously, go to your phone's bluetooth
settings and go to pair a new device.
3. You'll see FT_HELLO_XXXX device that is available to
pair.
4. Match the Second Unique Code with the code
displayed on your watch and if it's the same, click on
the device to pair.
5. Once you pair the device, your watch is ready to
initiate or receive calls.
ADD FAVOURITE CONTACTS

Favourites

1. In App Settings, go to My Watch > Favourite Contacts.

2. Select the contacts that you wish to add as your favourites. You can
select upto 8 favourite contacts. Press Save once you have selected
your favourite contacts.
3. Once you are done selecting, you can then reposition those 8 contacts
as per your wish. Press save once you are done repositioning the same.
4. After that, the app will start uploading those contacts as shortcuts in
your watch.
5. To delete/update/add new contacts, swipe from the 3 lines opposite to
the contact that you want to change/delete, you'll see 'remove' option.
Click on it and the contact will be removed.
6. Once you delete a contact, there will be 7 contacts left so
automatically 'add more' option will be displayed below and you can
repeat the process to add a contact.
7. And there it is, you can now call them directly through your watch (if
BT calling is paired with your phone.)

How to add a sport?

1. Go to Main Menu > Multisports in

the watch. You'll find a '+' icon at the
bottom of the Multisport menu
option to add sports from where you
will be able to add sports.
2. You can select sports from Water
Sports, Outdoor Activities, Trainings,
Dance, Combat Sports, Ball Sports,
Winter Sports, Recreational Sports
and Other Sports.
3. Tap on the '+' icon against any sport
you wish to add to your main
Multisports menu. Start adding
sports as per your need.
4. The added Multisport will be
displayed at the top of the
Multisport menu.

How to use a Multisports?

1. Press on any sport that you wish to start. Once you do it,
a short timer will start:

How to check multisports data

from the app?
1. In the Dashboard, go to
multisport which is the second
menu after health.
2. You'll see the whole timeline and
track record of all the sports
you've been using on your watch.
3. You can also check weekly and
monthly timeline of the sports by
going to 'This Week' and 'This
Month' menus in multisports
respectively.

You can also tap on any sport on the

timeline to check detailed activity
record.

month wise data of the same sport
(if in the timeline).

03. Sports Records

All your recent completed multisport activity records will be visible

in sports records menu.

04. Heart Rate

Tap on Heart Rate to access and measure your heart rate. You can
also view your heart rate zone and the maximum and minimium
heart rate reading and the 24-hour rate trend.
Note - Make sure your watch is fitting snug above your wrist to track your heart rate and
display more accurate readings.

05. Phone

Connected Disconnected

You can initiate and receive phone calls on your watch directly by
connecting your watch to your phone. You can save up to 8 favorite
contacts from your phone and dial them from the watch. During a call,
you can mute the call on the watch, adjust volume, transfer the call to the
phone and vice versa and much more with Reflex Hello BT Calling feature.

06. Sleep

If you wear your watch while you sleep, it can track your deep and light
sleep with your awake time in between. It shows you your sleep score
based on your sleep statistics.

07. Blood Pressure

The watch can directly check your blood pressure and displays your
last 7 measurements too.

08. Blood O2

You can measure your SpO2 levels in just a few seconds. Simply
click on 'measure' and wait for the screen to show you your SpO2
level. It also displays your last 7 measurements and the maximum
and minimum reading.

09. Breathe

To control stress, this watch helps you ease out through breathe
feature. Just relax and let the watch guide you to control your
breathing.

You can check notifications of the apps that you have on your
phone through your watch. To read the full message, tap on the
notification and delete it by tapping on the bin icon. You can delete
all notifications by tapping "Clear All" at the bottom of the

11. Weather

You can check the current weather of your city/place. You can also
see weather forecasts for upcoming 6 days with a scroll.
Note - Location services and internet connectivity are needed for accurate weather
information. All data is collected from an open weather API. You can turn On/Off Weather
from App Settings.

12. Camera

Open Camera from the main menu. Tap on the camera icon to
open the In-app camera. Tap again to capture an image.
Note - The Fastrack Reflex World app should be open in the foreground of the phone to open
the in-app camera.

13. Music

You can pause and play, the next and previous song directly from
your watch. You can even adjust volume, no need to find your phone!
Note - This will work with the default music app on your phone.

14. AI Voice Assistant

With the watch's AI assistant, you can make calls, enquire

about anything by speaking to the AI assistant.

15. Alarm

Alarms set by you in the app can be viewed and turned on/off from
the watch.

16. Timer

Set the duration for the timer and start the timer. You can
pause/continue and end the timer from the on-screen icons.

17. Game

For your me time, you can play games too on your watch! To get
started, you have the 2048 game already installed.

18. Flashlight

When you use this feature, the screen glows which can act as a
flashlight for you to find things.

Adjust Brightness, Turn on/ off BT Calling, Reset your Phone

connection, Set Ring and Vibration settings, Turn on/ off Vibration,
DND Mode, Theater Mode, Change Watchfaces, Reset Watch,
Power off, Display QR code and About your Watch.

19.1. Brightness

You can adjust brightness from lowest to highest

according to your readability.

You can temporarily turn on/off your BT calling pairing with

your phone.

You can select different ring and vibration settings for your watch

You can enable Do Not Disturb mode on the watch which

disables all notifications.

19.7. Theater Mode

Theater mode turns off vibration and turns down the

brightness when you are in the movies/important meetings.
You would still receive notifications in silent mode.

You can change your watchface by long pressing home

screen or in settings > watchface. You can also download
and upload watchfaces directly from your app too.

watchfaces and you can create
custom watchfaces by taking a
photo or uploading image from
your gallery.

Women Health feature has been added specially for

women that can be used to track menstrual cycle. It can
also be used to track the last period, next period,
ovulation period and ovulation day with it's unique
tracking process.

How to pair the app and watch for tracking periods?

Select female while on-boarding. In Fastrack Reflex

World app, go to Health > My Cycle and fill in your
details like last period day, period days, cycle length.

1. I am unable to switch on the smartwatch. What should

I do?
A: Scenario 1: If the smartwatch is just out of the box, then you
need to charge it until 100% charge is achieved.
Scenario 2: If you have switched off the watch from the settings
option then please long press the push button to switch on your
watch (If the watch has enough battery).
Scenario 3: The watch charging cable might have an issue
because of which it’s not charging the watch. Hence, you may
need to change your charger.
After trying the above scenarios, if the issue persists, please reach

In case major issues are being faced that are not being resolved

A: You need to visit the nearest service center and purchase it
from there. This will be based on the availability of the

A: No, you don't get an additional strap with the watch.

4. How long should I charge the watch to be 100%?

A: Watch gets fully charged in about 2 hours.

1. Which application should I download to connect my

watch to the smartphone?
A: The application that needs to be downloaded is “Fastrack
Reflex World”. It is available both on Google Playstore & Apple
Appstore.

2. How do I pair the Reflex Hello watch? How do I pair the

BT Calling feature?
A: You can easily pair the Fastrack Reflex Hello by following the
below process -
Download the Fastrack Reflex World App from Google Playstore/
Apple Appstore
Mobile Registration:
Accept app permissions and enter your mobile number. On the
next screen, enter the OTP received to complete the registration.
Permissions & Access:
Provide necessary permissions to enable various features
available on the Fastrack Reflex Hello Smartwatch.

Pairing:
The next step is to pair the watch with the phone through the
Fastrack Reflex World app.
To do this,
Tap on the “Continue” button below the Fastrack Reflex Hello
watch in the app to open the camera.
Scan the QR code shown on the watch. In case you have paired
the watch earlier and you are on the watch home screen,
Navigate to the “QR” screen by clicking on settings in the watch.
Once the QR code is scanned, tap on “Tick” button on the watch
screen and the pairing would be successful.
The next step is to create a user profile in the application. Enter
the details like Name, Gender, Birthday, Height, Weight, Sleep
Duration Target, Multisport Target, and Steps Target.
The application will be ready for you to use and you will be able
to experience the new journey in the Fastrack Reflex World.
To pair the BT Calling feature of Reflex Hello,
From the Watch Home Screen > Swipe up to Main Menu >
Settings > About. Here you would be able to view your watch
device unique IDs. Now go to your phone’s Bluetooth Settings
and search for available devices. Tap on FT_Hello_XXXX which
matches the second unique ID in your watch’s About section.
You would now be able to see highlighted icons in the “Phone”
screen in your watch.
Your Reflex Hello is now ready to initiate and receive calls, and
much more.

3. Can I save my Favorite Contacts within the watch?

A: Yes, with the new Fastrack Reflex Hello, you can save your
favorite contacts within the watch and make calls directly
through the watch without the hassle of swiping through the
phone.
Go to Settings in the Fastrack Reflex World App and navigate to
Favorite Contacts under My Watch. You would be displayed your
phone contacts now. Select the contacts you wish to save as
favorite contacts in the watch and save your selection. This
would sync your watch with the contacts you have selected. To
view your contacts in the watch, go to Home Screen > Swipe left
to Phone Screen and click on Contacts.

4. How to use AI Voice in Fastrack Reflex Hello?

A: In the watch, navigate to AI Voice Screen from the Home
Screen by swiping left. Tap on the watch screen. This activates
Google Assistant for Android users and Siri for IOS users. Now
you can ask anything like “What’s the temperature at my
location” or “Where is the nearest restaurant” from the watch
itself. The results will be displayed on your phone.

5. I am unable to receive the OTP for registering myself on

the Fastrack Reflex World application. What can be
done?
A: Please make sure that you have entered the correct and active
mobile number for registration where you will receive the OTP
via SMS.

6. I have purchased a new Fastrack Reflex Hello and while

I have completed my pairing with the application
Fastrack Reflex World, it is asking for a Firmware Update.
Is it mandatory to do so?
A: Yes, it's mandatory to update the firmware to experience the
best version of the watch.

7. My Fastrack Reflex World crashes every time I open the

application. What needs to be done?
A: Kindly uninstall and reinstall the application. If the issue
persists, please contact the toll-free number 18002660123 or can
write to us at smartdesk@titan.co.in.

8. I am not located in India and my contact number
comes with a different country code. How do I register
myself in the application?
A: Even though you are not in India, the registration process for
the application remains the same. Please accept the app
permissions and enter your mobile number. On the next screen,
enter the OTP to complete registration. The list of countries
where you will receive the OTP is as follows:
Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Philippines, Nepal,
Bhutan, Bangladesh, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and
Japan.

9. What should be done to sync the smartwatch with the

application?
A: On opening the application on your smartphone, the
smartwatch data will be automatically synced. If you find that
the watch is not synced or the data on the app is not changed
you can swipe from top to bottom on the main page of the app
and it will automatically sync with the watch.

10. I am unable to adjust the brightness of my watch

screen. Please help.
A: Go to the settings of the watch and then tap on “Brightness”
or you can also adjust the brightness by swiping down from the
watch home screen. You can just tap on the “Brightness” icon to
increase or decrease the brightness accordingly.

11. What do I need to do to get the notifications on the
smartwatch?
A: Notification access must be provided for the Fastrack Reflex
World application from the phone settings.
On the app click on Settings > Turn On Notifications. This will
redirect you to the Notification Access settings in your phone.
Please provide the access to the Fastrack Reflex World app.
You can now select which app notification you would like to see
on your watch.

12. Can I set different Ring and Vibration settings in the

watch?

Settings menu, you will get watch faces. Select from a wide
range of watch faces.

14. Can I customize my own watch face?

A: Yes you will be able to customize your own watchface from the
application under Settings > Watchfaces. You can choose any
image from your gallery or click a picture from your phone
camera and use the image as your watchface.

15. Every time I do a multisport activity, after completion I

see the watch saying “Workout was too short to be
recorded”. Why so?
A: A multisport activity should be done for more than 2 minutes
for the watch to capture data. Each multisport activity has a
different threshold duration, after which only the activity is
recorded.

16. How to start a multisport activity?

A: To start a multisport activity, make sure your watch is well
worn on your wrist, go to “Multisports” on your watch from the
watch menu by swiping from bottom to top from your watch
home screen. Select the multisport activity you are interested in
and you are good to go.

17. Can I add a multisport activity in the Reflex Hello

watch according to my interests?
A: Yes, you can choose out of water sports, outdoor activities,
gym exercises, dance types, combat, ball, winter, recreational
sports and much more in the Fastrack Hello watch. Just select
“Multisports” menu on your watch and scroll down and tap the
“+” icon. Here you will find all the different kind of sports and you
can just click on “+” icon against the sport you want to add to
your personalized Multisports menu. The sport added will be
displayed at the top of your Multisports menu.

18. What is the difference between “Phone: Off” and
“Phone Reset” in watch settings?
A: By tapping on “Phone: Off”, you would be able to disconnect
the BT Pairing to the phone. Your watch would now only display
you call notifications and provide you option of call reject or
silent the call in the watch only. You would not be able to use the
BT Calling functions like making call through watch, call answer,
etc. You can tap on “Phone: On” or “Phone: Off” directly from
Quick Settings too. “Phone Reset” resets the watch connection
with the phone. You would have to pair the watch from the
beginning.

A: The Women's Health Tracker would be available only for
female users. So make sure while onboarding in the Fastrack
Reflex World app, you register as female gender. In the
registration process, you will need to enter your details like the
period start date, cycle duration, period length. Your dashboard
will be ready now. You can now add symptoms you may face
during your period to keep track of your health.

21. Will I be able to check weather updates for other

cities?
A: The Fastrack Reflex Hello will be able to show the weather
updates of your current city only. Your current city will get
detected based on the phone’s actual location. You can view 7
days of weather by scrolling in the “Weather” screen on the
watch.

22. I am unable to connect the watch straps to the watch

head. Please help.
A: There is a quick-release pin that needs to be aligned in the
hole provided on the watch head lug. You need to align the pin
properly between the lug holes and connect the strap to the
watch head.

23. How can I check SpO2 in my watch?

A: You need to go to the watch menu options and tap on “SpO2”.
The watch automatically starts recording a value once you land
on the SpO2 screen. Please ensure that your wrist is still while
your SpO2 is measured by the watch.
You can also view the average SpO2 and the last 7 recordings in
the watch by scrolling down on the watch screen.

24. How can I check the Heart Rate on my watch?

A: You need to go to the watch menu options and tap on “Heart
Rate”. The watch automatically starts recording a value once you

while your heart rate is measured by the watch.

27. How do I use camera control and where is the image

saved in the phone?
A: Open the “Camera” from the watch menu. This will open a
camera icon on your watch. Tap the icon to open the In-App
Camera on your phone. Tap again to click a photo which will be
saved in your phone’s gallery.

28. My phone is continuously ringing even after I have

gone back to some other screen on the watch or pressed
the power button on my phone. How do I stop the ringing
after I have found my phone?
A: Tapping on “Find Phone” from the Fastrack Reflex Hello raises
a notification on the phone apart from the ringing in the phone.
Just tap on the notification from the Fastrack Reflex World app
and the phone would stop ringing.
