Efirin & Ginger Immune-Boosting Tea


Use: Colds, coughs, fatigue, and immune system support.

Ingredients:

- 1 handful of fresh Efirin (Scent leaf)

- 1 thumb of fresh Ginger, grated

- 1 tsp Honey (optional)

- 2 cups Water

Instructions:

- Boil water with scent leaves and ginger for 10-15 minutes.

- Strain and drink warm.

- Take 1 cup morning and night for 3-5 days.

Ewuro (Bitter Leaf) Detox Wash


Use: Skin detox, acne, itching, spiritual cleansing.

Ingredients:

- Fresh Bitter leaves (Ewuro)

- Warm water

Instructions:

- Crush or squeeze bitter leaf in a bowl of water to extract juice.

- Use as a rinse for your face or body.

- Leave for 10 minutes before rinsing off with plain water.

- Use 2-3 times per week.

Agbo Jedi-Jedi (Herbal Digestive Tonic)


Use: Constipation, bloating, internal heat (jedijedi).

Ingredients:
- Alstonia boonei bark (Oruwo)

- Neem leaves (Dogoyaro)

- Guava leaves

- 2 liters of water

Instructions:

- Boil all herbs in water for 30 minutes.

- Strain and store in a bottle.

- Drink half a glass every morning on an empty stomach for 7 days.

Anti-Aging Herbal Face Steam


Use: Smoothens skin, opens pores, treats dull skin.

Ingredients:

- Handful of Lemongrass

- A few Mint leaves

- 1 tsp Turmeric powder

- 1 liter hot water

Instructions:

- Place herbs and turmeric in a bowl, pour in hot water.

- Drape a towel over your head and steam your face for 10-15 mins.

- Rinse face with cold water, moisturize with Ori (shea butter).

Skin Brightening Paste (Natural Glow)


Use: Dull, tired skin and hyperpigmentation.

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp Turmeric powder

- 1 tbsp Pap water (Eyin ogi)

- 1 tbsp Honey

- Few drops of Lemon juice


Instructions:

- Mix all into a smooth paste.

- Apply to clean face.

- Leave for 10-15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

- Use 2 times weekly.

Herbal Hair Treatment


Use: Dandruff, hair growth, itchy scalp.

Ingredients:

- 1 handful Aloe Vera gel

- 1 handful Scent leaf

- 1 tsp Black seed oil (optional)

Instructions:

- Blend aloe vera and scent leaf into a paste.

- Apply to scalp and hair.

- Leave for 30 minutes before washing off.

Ewe Abamoda Wound Remedy


Use: Cuts, wounds, skin inflammation.

Ingredients:

- Fresh Abamoda leaf (Miracle Leaf / Bryophyllum pinnatum)

Instructions:

- Crush leaf to release juice.

- Apply directly to clean wound.

- Repeat 2-3 times a day.
