1. Place the cursor where you want to insert the Table of Styles.
2. Click on Insert in the menu bar.
3. Select Table of Contents and Index.
4. Click on Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography.
5. In the Type dropdown, choose Table of Styles.
6. Select additional options (e.g., title, formatting).
7. Click OK to insert the Table of Styles.

1. Right-click anywhere inside the Table of Styles.
2. Select Update Index/Table to refresh entries after making changes.

Practical 2: Fill Format in LibreOffice Writer
Fill Format
Fill Format mode allows you to quickly apply a selected style to multiple parts of your
document without reselecting the style each time. This helps in maintaining consistency and
speeding up the formatting process.
❖ Steps to Use Fill Format in LibreOffice Writer
Open LibreOffice Writer.
Click on the "Styles" menu in the menu bar.
Select "Manage Styles" to open the Styles window.
Choose the style you want to apply (e.g., Heading 1, Text Body).
Click the Fill Format Mode icon (paint bucket icon) in the Styles window toolbar.
Move your cursor to the text you want to apply the style to. The cursor will change to a paint bucket.
Click each paragraph or selection you want to format. The chosen style will be applied.
When done, click the Fill Format Mode icon again or press Esc to turn off Fill Format Mode.

Release the mouse button to drop the image.
Copy and Paste
Right-click the image in another application or folder.
Select Copy.
