THE PETITINER, MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-


1) That, the petitioner is the wife of Late ________, who
passed away at the age of __ i.e. on Dt. __.__.2024.
2) That, present petitioner and deceased had purchased the subject
matter immovable property with their own funds in the joint
name of 1.________, 2. _________, 3._________ 4._______,.
However, the husband of petitioner no. 1 died leaving behind
unregistered will on Dt. __.__.2024:
3) That, the deceased/Late ________, passed away at the age of

4) It is respectfully submitted that Petitioners No. 2 to 5 have no

objection to Petitioner No. 1 being vested with full authority,


including the rights to administer, manage, possess, use, enjoy,
lease, mortgage, sell, or otherwise deal with the subject matter
property, as deemed necessary and appropriate in accordance
with law.
5) That, the deceased was the co-owner of the following
property/assets;

6) That, petitioner is the legal heir and rightful person to


administer for the land share in the said property of the deceased
as per Hindu Succession Law. The legal hairs have no objection
to it.
7) That, after purchasing the same, the mutation was done in
the joint name of deceased and petitioner. I affirm that I am the
lawful purchaser and possessor of the said leasehold property.
8) That, the petitioner undertakes to duly and faithfully
administers for the land share in the said leasehold property, pay
the debts and liabilities of the deceased.
9) That, no other petition for a Letter of Administration
regarding the said property (Part Portion of property) has been
filed before any other court.
10) That, in the event any legal heir or third party raises any
claim, objection, or dispute regarding the mutation or ownership
of the said property, I shall be solely and fully responsible to
resolve the same at my own cost and risk, and I shall keep all
authorities indemnified in this regard.
11) That, in view of situation of suit property and residence of

parties, this Hon’ble court has every jurisdiction to try and


entertain the present suit.
12) That, petitioner seeks liberty of Hon’ble court to add, amend,

alter and delete any of ground/contention made in the


plaint/application with kind permission of this Hon’ble Court as
and when needed.

PRAYER: In view of the facts and circumstances stated


above, the petitioner most humbly prays that this Honorable
Court may be pleased to:

A) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant a Letter of


Administration in favour of Petitioner No. 1 with full
authority, including the rights to administer, manage,
possess, use, enjoy, lease, mortgage, sell, or otherwise deal
with the subject matter property, as deemed necessary and
appropriate in accordance with law, in respect of the
property and the share of Late ____________ in Plot No.

B) Pass any other order or relief as this Honorable Court
