CAREER ATTAINMENTS
2018 - Equipped 30 DET (Diploma Engineer Trainees) level manpower to grade category employees with 540 man-hours
T&D. I participated in the LTS with the Plant IR team.
2019 – Got an OT overtime exemption approval and Exemption for register and record from Add-DISH Guindy. I claimed
rupees 2.5 lakhs from the National Board of Apprentices; that is the first claim in TAFE-ABU.
Zwilling India – Mar 2019
2019 - I have enhanced production capacity by converting general shift to 3 shifts. Designed the shift supervision and
defined the operator motions times and rest intervals. Enhanced the employee count in a statutory and strategic manner.
First time on-roll employee conversion done and designed the employment conditions with support from my mentors.
Amended the factory plan from 2400 HP to 3500 HP. Introduced a concept called Statutory chart monitoring system
accessed by only top management to double ensure compliances. Investigated the money laundering and corruption
case and terminated the 3 senior level managers and replaced them.
2020 - Covid battle challenge, introduced the new hiring system, key role mapping and skilled people deployed. Initiated
the first PESO license. Removed the 200 tons of processed waste. Involved and drafted manpower forecasting. Faced 1st
statutory audit WCA & BSCI 9001, 14001 & 45001.
2021 – Drafted the Standing order for Zwilling. Challenged partial permanent accident litigation and case closed. Factory
plan & RC amended with less timings. Designed the next ten years' incremental compensation sheets for Zwilling
employees with reference to SG & CG minimum wages.
2022 - Improved the operator's efficiency by T&D, job rotation and achieved 30% extra output, assessed the factory
property and paid the local taxes, installed the employee canteen, formed the statutory POSH System. Due to the Euro
war pandemic, I reduced 100 MP with smooth retrenchment. Handled the WCA case IN DMS Labour Office.
2023 - Compensated for COVID loss with previous yearly budgets, recovered hidden rupees 12 lakhs from PMRYS with
manpower contracts. Amended the Factory license up to 5000 HP & 500 MP. During the notice period I created the
confidential compensation track history and handed it over to my boss.
Overseeing project-wise budget preparation, meticulously tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial
guidelines, particularly for SEZ-related infrastructure development. Navigating the complexities of new start-up
compliance within the SEZ framework, providing guidance on licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
Effectively managing the security systems across the 610-acre SEZ, adhering to CG guidelines and coordinating with
nodal officers for seamless operations.
Successfully recruited key leadership positions, including 3 CTOs, CFOs, and CEOs, along with overseeing the recruitment
and onboarding of 140 staff and managing 340 contract labor handlings. Supervising CSR administrators to ensure
responsible social initiatives are implemented effectively within the SEZ’s surrounding communities. Liaising with District
Level Authorities to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth operations within the local context.
Serving as a centralized environments advisor for SEZ units, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations and
promoting sustainable practices. Preparing comprehensive fact sheets for the Development Commission MEPZ,
highlighting the SEZ’s performance and contribution to economic growth. Conducting thorough antecedents' verification
for new start-ups to mitigate risks and ensure ethical business practices.
