different aspects. Overall, Holly Ward gained the most positive evaluations
from patients across four category. Additionally, the percentage of Oak
Ward’s positive feedback surpassed those of Maple Ward in all indicators
apart from waiting time indicator.
Observations of the bar chart indicates that Holly Ward receive the most
patients’s positive responses in four dimensions. The quality of treatment is
evaluated positively by the most patients. The hospital staff and quality of
aftercare exhibit near-equal proportions of positive evaluations and gain the
second highest percentage. These percentage were superior to those of
waiting time.
Maple Ward and Oak Ward, however, gain less positive responses than
