122011 (“Sellers”), hereby declare that we have received a sum of INR 5,00,000/- (Rupees
Five Lakhs Only) from Mr. Varun Mishra (PAN No. AUQPM7150F, Aadhaar No. 3619 9460
3478) S/o Sh. Laxmi Kant Mishra residing on 128/194/58, K Block, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur Nagar,
Uttar Pradesh, 208011(“Purchaser”) on 20th June 2025.

The payment has been received via bank transaction with the following details:

●​ Purpose: This amount is received as part payment towards the purchase of the
property located at: Flat No. 702, Tower B9, RPS Savana, Sector-88, Faridabad,
Haryana

We further confirm that the balance amount remaining to be paid by the purchaser
towards the above-mentioned property is INR 1,02,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Two
Lakhs Only).

This receipt is issued in continuation and in addition to the initial agreement executed
between both parties, and all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain fully
binding and in effect.

This declaration is made voluntarily and with mutual understanding by both parties,
confirming receipt of the above-stated amount and acknowledgment of the remaining
balance.
