PRODUCTION RESULT CALCULATION AND FINANCING

A. Analysis

Several analyses on the quality of KUD Ajie Mulya Crude Oil from both
Pertamina and the Fluid Analysis Laboratory, Petroleum Engineering Department,
National Development University "Veteran" Yogyakarta can be seen in the analysis
results. And it can be believed that KUD Ajie Mulya oil is included in the "light
Sweet" category and does not contain wax, its color and shape are similar to diesel.
2. Oil Well Project Location

The distance to reach the oil well location from Balikpapan city via Samarinda,
Bontang and Sangata is approximately ten hours if using a four-wheeled vehicle (car).
While if using an airplane from Balikpapan city to Bontang 50 minutes. From Bontang
to the location can be reached in five hours by car.

The location of the 16 well pipes is in three villages, namely Kaliorang Village,
and Bangun Jaya Village in Kaliorang District and Pulau Miang Village in Sangkulirang
District.

The calculation of the length of the pipe in the 16 well pipes is estimated to be 50
KM which is circular and extends following the sea from Kaliorang to Sangkulirang.
The distance of one well pipe to the sea is approximately 4 KM and can be divided into 6
(six) blocks as shown in the following picture;

CONCLUSION AND CLOSING

CHAPTER VII

CONCLUSION AND CLOSING

A. Conclusion

1. Oil wells left by the Dutch are also called old wells and have quite large potential oil
and gas reserves. And immediately utilized by carrying out exploitation and production.

2. Oil wells in Kaliorang and Sangkulirang Districts are wells that have not been
exploited by the Dutch, so the potential reserves are quite significant to meet the needs of
the community and the State in the oil and gas sector.

3. The oil and gas exploitation and production project in this area, in addition to causing
a "domino effect" on the economy, will also create "The New Modern City".

4. It is hoped that the regional government of East Kutai Regency and the Governor of
East Kalimantan Province can support and assist KUD Ajie Mulya, especially in terms of
licensing so that oil and gas exploitation and production can be carried out as soon as
possible in the area.

B. Conclusion

1. By carrying out exploitation of old wells as the main program of KUD Ajie Mulya, it
can improve the community's economy, increase PAD, and State Foreign Exchange is
our great hope.

2. Hopefully these efforts and hopes will come true, Amen.

ATTACHMENT
CHRONOLOGY
My name is John Arifu. My father is a Dutch citizen named Derick van Den Borog,
when the Dutch occupied Indonesia, he worked as Director of the Dutch Oil Company in
Indonesia called Batavche Petroleum Matshapiy (BPM) from 1933 - 1945. At that time, the
Oil Company conducted a survey and oil drilling in Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan,
covering an area of 140,000 Ha and it turned out that all the drilled locations produced oil.
During World War II, Japan had landed on the islands of Sumatra and Java. Based on this
condition, my father ordered all workers to close all oil wells that had been discovered.

When my father planned to go to Irian from Balikpapan, it turned out that the
Japanese army had landed in Balikpapan and captured all Dutch citizens and held them
captive in Pare - Pare. There were about 700 Dutch citizens held captive. My mother and I
(my mother is an Indonesian citizen) went to Merauke and Irian until 1945 when Japan had
lost the war.

After being released from prison, my father then went to Merauke to find my mother
and me, but my mother had remarried an Indonesian citizen named Ahmad Arifu, a Dutch
navy, and was then transferred to Ambon. In 1946 my father looked for us again in Ambon
and finally met. My father asked my mother's permission to take me to the Netherlands, but
she did not agree. My father said that when I grew up, I could come to the Netherlands to
meet him.

After I arrived in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, I looked for my father. Finally I met
him. My father offered me to become a Dutch citizen, but for some personal reasons I
preferred to remain an Indonesian citizen. Then, my father told me that he had information
about an oil field in East Kalimantan that he discovered while on duty in Indonesia. My
father explained that this land had very large deposits and had not been produced. As a first
step, I had to buy the land and make a certificate. Then I returned to Indonesia and became
a captain for the College cruise ship, a cargo ship that traveled to Indonesia for 9 years, on
an American oil survey ship in the Arabian Sea to Indonesia for 6 years, then went to
Pertamina, I was assigned to East Kalimantan. In East Kalimantan I became a captain of
supply ships, Pertamina supply no. 7 serving a French oil company. During this job, I went
to see the land as my father had told me and it turned out to be true that the pipe was
leaking oil.

I took samples to be tested at the Pertamina Balikpapan Laboratory and at UPN

University, Yogyakarta. The land I bought was 50,000 Ha, some of the land already had a
Land Ownership Certificate and the rest was still in the process. I had given (DP) Down
Payment but had not paid it off. In 2008 and 2010, I came to Jakarta and met with the
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister Yusril Isra Mahendra (Professor) then I was taken to
meet the Minister of Mines, DR. Purnomo Yusgiantoro at his residence. After I explained
about this land, the Minister promised to help fully until it was successful and all permits
would be granted. The Minister of Mines (ESDM) asked me to create a village cooperative
institution at the location, because the Indonesian Government no longer gives permits for
business to PT Indonesia or foreign companies.

Crude oil business permits are only given to village cooperative institutions for the
welfare of the local community. Therefore, the oil business process requires large funds
from taking the loading process on tankers, I was advised by the Minister to look for
investors who are interested in working together. Until now, I am looking for investors who
are really interested in working in this oil business process.

Thus I made this chronology, hopefully it can be used according to your needs.
