REBOOKING POLICY:
Rebooking is free of charge. Rebooking should only be made before your
check in date.Cancellation on confirmed booking shall have NO REFUND
of the total amount.
MONTE DE REY POLICY:
1. MONTE DE REY shall not be liable for any valuables left or lost
inside the room or within the premises.
2. MDR shall not be liable to any injury and or death by accident or
by negligence of the guest.
3. Children 8 years old and above shall be charged as adults.
4. Check in time is 2:00PM, Check out time is 12:00 PM. Extra hours
shall be charged ₱300 per hour.
5. MDR has 4 houses,you will occupy Casa de rey that can
accommodate 10-12 pax,1 Queen bed and 1 foldable queen size inside
the room 3 foldable foam queen size in the spacious front piazza
Casa de Batalan (10-12 pax) free of use 1 double deck bed (Queen
size,single bed and daybed,2 queen size foldable foam. Extra charge for
additional foldable beddings pillows and blanket.
Tent rental available.
6. Please refrain from leaving stains any hard to remove stains on
our linens, pillows, blankets and sofas . Stained items shall be charged
300 above depending on the item
7. No SMOKING and DRINKING inside the room,especially in Casa
de Rey (risk for fall).
8. Cooking is allowed and free use of cooking materials and kitchen
utensils good for 20 pax for overnight stay only.
9. Strictly no eating and drinking inside the pool .Pets are allowed but
not inside the pool.
10. There is No lifeguard on duty so please be responsible.Swim at your own
risk and watch your children closely.
There is A mini-honesty store cabinet on the area.
11. Guest understands to be fully responsible for the cost of any damages
or losses sustained to the property,decor or its contents during the
stay;this includes the moving items to another property IS NOT ALLOWED.
