Ref: Appointment at the position of ASSISTANT

Dear Mr. Gulshan Kumar,

With reference to your application dated 08-Sep-23 along with bio data and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you the
employment in our organization on the following terms and condition:

1) Your appointment will start from the day you join duty that is not later than 08-Sep-23.
2) You would be designated as a ASSISTANT and your gross salary will be Rs11947.00/-per month.
3) You will initially be on probation for a period of one year from the actual date of your joining with us and would continue to be so unless and until
you are expressly confirmed in the regular services of the company. The probation period can be curtailed or extended by the management at its
sole discretion without assigning any reason. During the probationary period your services are liable to be dispensed with at any time by giving 15
days notice or salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reason.
4) Your duties will include efficient, satisfactory and economical operation in the area of responsibility that may be assigned to you from time to time.
As an employee of the company you will maintain high standard of loyalty efficiency, integrity and secrecy.
5) You will be the whole time employee of the company and you will devote your whole time and attention in the interest of the company and will not
engage yourself in any work either paid or in honorary capacity.
6) You will not divulge or give out to any one any particulars or details of any of the trade secrets, manufacturing or research process, financial
administrative and or organization matters or transaction or affairs of the company.
7) Your appointment is being made on the basis of your particular such as qualification etc as given in your application for employment and in case
any information given by you is found false or incorrect your employment would be deemed void ab-inito and liable for termination without any
notice or salary in lieu of notice.
8) Your address as indicated in your application for appointment shall be deemed to be complete and correct for sending postal communication to
you. In case there is change in your residential address/s you will intimate the same in writing to the personnel department within three days of
such change and get such change of address recorded.
9) Your absence for a continuous period of 8 days (including absence then the leave though applied for is not granted it will result in loss of job due
to lien without any notice of intimation by the management.
10) You will be entitled to leaves as per provision of Gurgaon SHOP AND ESTABLISHMENT ACT of the respective state where you are appointed.
11) You will always maintain company's property in good condition, which may to be given to you for official use during the course of your
employment and shall return immediately on relinquishment of your services failing which cost of the same will be recovered from you by the
company.
12) Your continuance in service with the company is subject to your remaining physically and mentally fit.
13) Your employment with the organization is subject to Background Verification Check from the agency which is authorized by the company. This
includes Police Verification, Criminal Records Verification, and Educational Records Verification. Any violation in this area will lead to termination
of services without any notice or salary thereof. BGV clearance is a pre-requisite for the employment, employee will have to bear the cost for the
same.

14) You will be governed by Policies, Procedures, Rules, Regulations, Standing order and such other practices, framed by the company from time to
time.
15) You shall be liable to transfer to any branch of the company or its Associates as and when the company so decides. You shall have no claim or
option for your posting according to your choice.
16) You shall be liable to retire on your reaching the age of 58 year or earlier, if found medically unfit.
17) You shall strictly follow Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics governed by the Icon Facilitators Pvt. Ltd. and Client where you are deputed, failing
which your services will be terminated without any notice or salary.
18) You shall abide by all policies of the client where you are posted, any negligence and/or violation on this matter can lead to termination without
notice or salary.
19) Leave policy (as per respective location govt. notification), leave without information or without valid application approval will be treated as absent.
20) Your job include shift duties on 24x7 basis and you shall be serving the duty assigned to by the site management. You shall abide by the policy
and processes applicable for your job and employment.
21) You will be entitled to one day weekly off after every six days of working, leave will be as per approved agreement and Holidays will be as per
client calendar.
22) Your all documents will be verify by your respective field officer and HR Department.

In case terms & conditions mentioned above are acceptable to you then please sign the duplicate of this letter in token of your having understood and
accepted this letter of appointment.
