How do you plan to do it.
Main focus? Collaboration, of course as a BA student itself we have some it subjects but we know that
won’t suffice so we wanted to collab with IT people to help with the system
A, you can explain how does the system would work
So basically we wanted to create a system wherein andon naka lagay lahat ng different rooms and crs.
And the system would be like a sumbungan. Kasi of course the great manager and qruittier is the user
itself so here theres a picture and location of each rooms and cr and then each picture is like having
each home page and in there the students or facult could state their concerns regarding that. And the
system would then compile and assess the seriousness of the problem. Ofcourse how?
Well us, would put a different options of problem their and put a label how serious it was so that if
students or faculty choses that and it’s a 1 or the serious problem the system would then easily arrange
it with no difficulty because it doesn’t need to have an emotion to assess thoroughly that only human
could do.
With this, una palang na may umusbong na problema ma sosolusyunan agad.
By having this system, it’s easier to monitor too where we could access a good and usesble rooms kasi
the user of the system itself would know see the indicator for which room and crs is good
Title: “Hindi Kulang, Kundi Kinalimutan: Isang Dokumentaryo ukol sa Pasilidad ng CLSU”
[Scene 1: Opening — Establishing shots around CLSU]
[Clips of students walking in crowded hallways, others waiting outside full classrooms, and broken,
empty CRs]
Documentor (Voiceover):
[Scene 2: Student Struggles – First-Hand Testimonials]
[Interviews]
> Student A: “From CBA ako.
[Scene 3: The Real Problem]
Documentor (Voiceover):
[Scene 4: The Student Researchers ]
[Cut to a shot of three students sitting at a table, discussing their research papers and asset photos]
Documentor (Voiceover):
Business and Accountancy —
**\[Scene transition: Slow zoom-in to a building with idle rooms.]**
**Narrator (VO):**
[Students stand in front of the camera one by one]
> Student A: “Hello, I’m A.”
> Student B: “I’m B.”
> Student C:“I’m C.”
> **C:** *“We believe this is a manageable problem if handled with the right system—and that’s what
we aim to propose.”*
Documentor (off-cam):
“So, how do you plan to solve this problem?”
> Student B: “Main focus? Collaboration. As BA students, may alam kami sa management at konting IT
> Documentor: “And A, can you explain how the system would work?”
> Student A: “So basically, gusto naming gumawa ng isang interactive monitoring system kung saan
> Student A (cont’d): “Each room or CR may picture and location, tapos each will act like a homepage.
Dito, pwedeng mag-report ang estudyante o faculty ng concern — whether sira, madumi, kulang — and
the system will compile the data and assess the urgency of the problem.”
> Student C:“Meron din kaming pre-set options for types of problems, with corresponding seriousness
level.
> Student B: “Kumbaga, machine-assisted triage. Hindi kailangan ng emosyon — diretso sa data,
problema, at solusyon.
usable, maayos, at functional na rooms or CRs — through a simple green, yellow, red indicator.”
**B:** *“Main focus? Collaboration. As BA students, we have IT subjects pero alam namin na
hindi sapat ‘yun to build a full system. So we aim to collaborate with IT students to develop
this.”*
**A:** *“So basically, we want to create a digital monitoring system where all the rooms and
CRs are documented—with photos, current condition, and location. Parang ‘sumbungan system’
pero organized. Each facility would have its own ‘page’ or dashboard where users—students and
faculty—can report concerns directly.”*
**C:** *“And the system will categorize the reports according to severity. Merong options like
‘minor issue’ to ‘urgent repair needed,’ para mabilis ma-prioritize ang action.”*
**B:** *“Halimbawa, kung CR na may sirang flush, may pipindutin lang na option and the
system will tag it as moderate or serious—depende sa input ng user. The system doesn’t need to
feel emotion to know urgency. It just needs data.”*
**A:** *“With this, mas mabilis ang response time.
Real-time, accurate, at
transparent.”*
**C:** *“And monitoring becomes easier. Students and staff will know which rooms or CRs are
clean, functioning, and available. Hindi na guessing game.”*
The Benefits if the Research is Implemented
Documentor (Voiceover):
> Student C:“Basta may sistema, may solusyon.”
#[Scene 5: The Bigger Picture –l
[Montage: Renovated rooms, clean CRs, working facilities, smiling students]
Documentor (Voiceover):
Hindi kulang ang CLSU.
May sapat.
**\[Closing line with background music swelling:]**
CLSU.*
