1. e-Service details
e-Service Name: Property Dealer License
2. Eligibility Criteria to avail the service: (to be filled)
The applicant must attain the age of 21 years at the time of application for the license and shall not
be bankrupt or insolvent or lunatic or unsound mind.
3. Supporting Documents (scanned copy from original document to be uploaded): (to be filled for each
case like fresh-individual, fresh-company, renewal-individual, renewal-company)
For Individual
a) Pan Card
b) S. Tax copy: जो Central Govt. द्वारा जारी होती है अगर 10 लाख से कम आय है तो अपने सी०ए० से
सर्टि फिकेट लेकर आना है |
c) Affidavit (Attested by Tehsildar)
d) Office Proof (Lease deed/Sale deed)
e) Character Certificate (Attested by Gazetted Officer)
f) I.D./Address Proof Director
g) 2 Guarantor: with Property dealer License, Passport size Photo and ID.
h) 4 Photos.
For Pvt. Ltd./Ltd./Firm/Company
a) M.O.A/A.O.A
b) Company Pan Card
c) S. Tax Copy: जो Central Govt. द्वारा जारी होती है अगर 10 लाख से कम आय है तो अपने सी०ए० से
सर्टि फिकेट लेकर आना है |
d) Certificate of Incorporation: Registrar of Company (ROC) जारी करती है |
e) List of Director on Letter Head
f) Form No. 32 of Director; Issued by ROC
g) Board Resolution (Original)
h) Office Proof
i) Director Character Certificate (Attested by Tehsildar)
j) I.D./Address Proof Director
k) 2 Guarantor: with Property dealer License, Passport size Photo and ID.
l) 4 Photo Each Director

4. Fee details (in Rs.)
CSC/e-Disha Charges: Govt. Charges: (to be checked & modified)
Payment through Treasury Challan under Head:
Miscellaneous-0030-01-800-99-51
Rs. 30/- Fresh License (Individual) – Rs. 2000/-
Service Charges (share distribution as per Fresh License (Company) – Rs. 2000/-
guideline issued by SIT Haryana/CSC SPV) Renewal of License (Individual) – Rs. 2000/-
Renewal of License (Company) – Rs. 2000/-
Late fee charge (Per Month for Individual) – Rs 500/-
Late fee charge (Per Month for Company) – Rs 1000/-
5. Workflow Stages for delivery of services. (to be checked & modified)
a) Applicant fills up the Application form and submits at CSC/e-Disha Centre/DRO Office.
b) DRO Office sends file to concerned Police Department (Divisional Commissioner/SP) for police
Verification.
c) After verification from Police Department, applicant deposits the fee at CSC/e-Disha
Centre/DRO Office. Applicant Deposit the fees through Challan in Major Head 0030 Stamp &
Registration fees Miscellaneous (Miscellaneous-0030-01-800-99-51) & copy of challan must be
submitted to DRO office.
d) District Revenue Officer (DRO) issues the Property Dealer License.
e) On approval, the facsimile signature will get attached with the certificate.
f) VLE Operator/ Concerned Applicant can download the certificate by providing Transaction ID.
6. Form Filling Instruction: (to be checked & modified)
- All the details must be filled up properly by the applicant.
- Supporting documents must be attached with the application form.
